Here, not everything is clear... The park is good, but... look at the condition of the "dugouts". The administration does not care about this. A crime! As well as akin to those moms who walk in this beautiful park, and their kids are dirty, they disfigure the same "dugouts". These "moms" are stuck in a smartphone and they don't care about anything! There is no respect for those who won the Victory, our happy life!!! And also: you can sometimes wash the front side of the "dugouts"! But the administration, apparently, is not up to it... And the monument itself, to which the city fathers come, could be put in proper shape, and not refer to a certain "Union of Artists" who saw the "excellent condition" of the monument, and the black spots - patina - in their opinion. And this is nothing less than the traces of vandalism against the National Monument, carried out by vandals, some time after its opening. Artificial wreaths were burned. I raised this issue more than four years ago, but... I apologize in advance if I'm wrong...
