Great hotel. The rooms are pretty good. The price includes breakfast, very tasty. In general, the restaurant has excellent cuisine. We have never been disappointed. The case is being gradually updated. The video shows that the institution is given not only attention, but also funds. We went several times: there is a buffet and a la carte breakfast. The location is not on the lake shore, its own court, its own catamarans, bicycles. All this is already included in the price. As well as a swimming pool with sauna and Jacuzzi. Of the minuses, I will note only the price. In my opinion, it's a bit expensive.

In general, everything is good at the hotel, the staff is prompt and responsive, the breakfast is fully hearty and varied, clean, both in the hotel and on its territory. The hotel has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, children's playroom, karaoke, billiards, an ice rink, slides, barbecue facilities, skates and cheesecakes are provided to visitors free of charge in winter. But... Over the years, the furniture in the rooms has become very outdated, especially the mattresses on which are very rigid and the beds that hold together only with one breath, I would really like the owner to pay attention to this.

Yeah... A complete disappointment! We were with my wife at NG (2024) for the second time (the first time was in November 2022, then I really liked it). In just a year, the hotel has deteriorated by an order of magnitude. Today it turned out: - the room smoked to trash (standard), the steers managed to extinguish even in the corner of the bathroom to indelible blackness. And this despite the fact that you can smoke on the balcony, but no - some piglets wanted to stay in the room; - the floor is burnt in several places; - "tired" furniture; - mold has also been noticed in the bathroom; - the pressure in the shower is very weak (a plumber came to complain), but it did not help for long; - the sewage system in the bathroom barely works - you take an ankle-deep shower in water (the same plumber said it was the norm, in all rooms it is); - consumables (toilet paper, shampoo) need to be asked, they will not bring it themselves, even if it lasts for several days; The hotel's feature is a swimming pool with a sauna... Everything is bad here too: - opaque "thick" water, apparently, does not change more than once a month; - in the massage bath, more than half of the nozzles do not work (this is even if you get into it, see below); - in the evenings, at least, a huge number of people. Moreover, most of them are not from the hotel, they come/come to the pool on purpose. Big families. Hence, the bath is constantly occupied, and the water is dirty and it is difficult to swim calmly. In general, taking into account the cost per NG (one and a half regular), I highly recommend it, below mediocre - quality at an inhumane price. Well, about the advantages, justice for: - the restaurant is excellent (also very expensive, really), the cuisine is divine, the restaurant staff is polite and tactful. However, the buffet breakfast is no longer as good as the restaurant in the evening. But, in any case, special thanks to all the restaurant staff and the chef. It was they who pulled the general service to 3 stars, otherwise 1-2, no more

The rooms are very cozy, the reception staff is polite. The questions arising from the number were settled quickly. The restaurant was disappointed. Some of the dishes were missing. Sometimes this was explained by the fact that these are weekend dishes (in particular sushi). Once in the breakfast (which is included) there was a packed pancake stained in the cream of the cake that was the day before. Not only is he yesterday's, but he may even have been in someone else's plate. I reported it to the reception. They were upset, but they didn't even offer verbal apologies. When I asked how things were on this issue, they said that they had been informed about it. We choose the hotel because of the pool. Now we have to look for other options 😔
