Advantages : the city center, many benches and play areas for children, deciduous trees, a monastery nearby, many hiking trails. Minuses :it is far from residential complexes, there is little entertainment, horse poop on the paths.
Suggestions: plant more firs and pines, remove beer tents at the entrance to the park in the distance.
