A great place for walking and family holidays. Clean, neat, beautiful.
You can sit on a bench and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. Or you can take part in the activities that are offered there: ride on the Ferris wheel, shoot at the shooting range. Wander around the museum of military equipment in the open air.

I really liked the park. It is picturesque, and also logically equipped. It was not crowded, although there were May holidays. Tanks-armored personnel carriers-guns, you can climb on everything, children are happy as elephants. The attractions are not very large-scale, but it is optimal for my children aged 4 and 7, the prices for the attractions are very humane, they include them immediately when buying tickets - you do not have to wait. Minus the star - there is no decent place to eat, only in the version of hot dogs and kebabs with ketchup on a cardboard plate.

A very pleasant park with an embankment, attractions and lots of military equipment!
It was nice when we passed by a cafe on May holidays and hung out dancing, because there was great music, everyone was dancing. You can't see much from the Ferris wheel, but this is a children's amusement park. The child liked it, especially the technique.

Attractions for children and adults for every taste, all kinds of cafes, you can have a delicious meal if you are hungry, enjoy ice cream. The location is not better to find, the high bank of the Dvina River, the visibility is wonderful!
A large number of military equipment and a huge stele with eternal flame to the victorious warriors. It was not possible to walk longer in the cold, but nevertheless we managed to see enough, the children were delighted!

The stop of the river shipping company, you can go for a ride. Much more beautiful and cleaner than in the EU. And prices are 2+5 times lower than in the Czech Republic and Germany, not to mention Norway, Denmark and Holland

There are enough attractions for entertainment. There is even a boat on the river on weekends. It's like 50 minutes on the way. The price is 10p for an adult, 5p for a child from 5 years old.
There are 2 small parking lots. Not enough, of course.
You can also have a snack in the cafe, there are plenty of them here in the season too!

A beautiful place to relax on the banks of the Dvina River. There are summer cafes of commercial organizations. It would be good to dilute them and state with more affordable prices.
There are not enough parking spaces. And there is a significant problem with toilets, as in principle, and throughout the city. In the park, they are in one place, which makes it difficult for people with limited mobility to visit them.

We learned that before the war the population of the city was 180 thousand, and when the city was liberated from the Nazis, only 118 people came out to meet the liberators. I liked it very much, though I was confused by the creeps on the booths on the Ferris wheel (very thin mount), another minus when we were on the wheel, we stopped at the very top, it's good that after a minute we drove.
