A picturesque place. The hotel is not bad, the new rooms look nice. The territory is small, there is a good swimming pool. The service in the restaurant is average, sometimes rude and unprofessional. It is better not to choose this place for events. The kitchen and the chef deserve praise, everything is very tasty.

An interesting place. It seems to be not far to get from Batumi, but the road is dangerous, in some places it is very difficult to part with an oncoming car. The entrance to the nature park is 10 lari per person, the general walking route is 5 km, almost always uphill. It's hard to walk, the humidity is high. But it's worth it! The views and the waterfall are especially impressive.

Fraud, rudeness, insults, threats, slander and the police.
We came as a family. Grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and grandson are 1 year old.
We had a modest snack and asked for the bill. The terminal was brought. The husband says: Can I see the bill?
20% for the service!!! 20, Carl! There's not a word about it on the menu, the waitress didn't warn me either.
They paid in silence and asked the manager. An aggressive man in a jacket and hat burst onto the terrace and immediately started shouting at us. At first, he yelled that 20% of the service is listed in the menu. We showed him the menu. HE started yelling AND WHY DIDN'T YOU ASK HOW MUCH THE SERVICE COSTS? Then he began to scare us with the director, to which the husband replied: Yes, at least call the president, I will be happy to talk. We waited for the "director" for half an hour, who did not appear. I took pictures of all the menu pages and we went to the car to go home - the baby was already very sleepy.
And then this "manager" ran after us and started threatening us!!! "You don't know who the owner is here! When you find out, you'll regret it!" We got into the car, and then he caught up with us, handing the phone to my husband, that the director was in touch. A certain Jamil said into the phone that 20% are indicated in the electronic menu. Which no one offered us. Then he called my husband a jerk!!! And the "manager" started yelling: Jamil, he insulted our president! Call the police! I'm not letting him out of here! And he hung up. Then he surrounded the car with 3 more men and started taking pictures of the license plate. I captured all this on video.
We called the police ourselves. They came and harnessed themselves to these comrades. They were extremely kind and friendly, and practically apologized for them themselves. No one was going to compensate us for anything, the fellow employees of the "restaurant" did not even apologize and did not come up at all. But at the time of drawing up the protocol, they did not want to let our grandmother go to the toilet! Who was in a terrible state of fear, like the rest of us. 1.5 hours of family life on vacation, on the baby's birthday.
