I would like to have more playgrounds on the island and maintain the existing infrastructure in working order. It seems that all this was built and then abandoned.

The idea is good, the execution is not very good:
There are tracks for running and for cyclists, but they are interrupted (not circular) .
There are simulators, but half of them are already broken.
There is sand with a beach, but no changing rooms.
There are playgrounds with a rubber coating, but the coating is already all in the sand.
