When the Parking mall was opened, it was the first shopping mall in the city with luxury items. Here you could buy real branded items and accessories. The quality was top notch.
It's a pitiful sight now, there's nothing to do here.
Car parking is also terrible, since the opening of the repair, it probably wasn't at all a
pity, especially if you remember how it started
If something changes, I will be glad
An excellent market, all made from natural ingredients, there are a number of private traders with delicious butter , cottage cheese and sour cream. Fresh meat, sausages of all varieties and without any artificial additives of dyes.Great sausages. Vegetables, fruits. delicious bread. There are ATMs. Payment by MIR card. Parking is paid. Prices are cheaper than in Moscow.
I mostly use the parking lot when I visit Komarovka. However, I want to mention a good tea shop on the ground floor to the right of the entrance. There is a good selection of loose tea for every taste and budget.

The parking lot is conveniently located, there are exits to the market and a lot of shops nearby, but the parking lot itself is always dirty, it has been in need of repair for a long time, it is always dark. It seems to me that the price for an hour is too high.
Convenient parking location. There are a lot of empty seats. For 3 rubles. 50 kopecks, you can park your car in the parking lot and go for a walk around the Komarovsky market
A nasty exit from the parking lot. We drove out of the parking lot for an hour and a half. The cashier is barely working. Retrain the parking attendants on the floors to cashiers. This is a complete trash...standing at three o'clock in the afternoon for an hour and a half to check out, you also take a fee for it
There is almost nothing left of the retired "parking lot". This format is rather forced. This is an example of the fact that it is impossible for the city authorities to impose parking spaces on developers in such an absurd amount, and for developers to save on the height of floors - now they cannot be redone for other needs. As a result, 2/3 of the premises are occupied by furniture stores and casual , not targeted tenants. In short, I don't buy anything there except light bulbs
Minimal repairs would not hurt. Or at least keep an eye on the elevators, otherwise it's not very fun to climb the stairs with groceries, a stroller and a child.
