I would not buy an apartment in these houses... The construction is going on under my window... I saw how the cracks between the w / concrete frame and foam blocks were sealed with pieces of foam, which was then blown out by the wind... They covered it up... putty on... and that through these voids the cold will pass into the apartments, and then the tenants will find out!!!... these 13-storey buildings are being built in violation of the requirements of the SNIPS in the immediate vicinity (15-20 m instead of the prescribed 30-50 meters) from nearby 5, 9 and 12 storey apartment buildings... and in general, the developer deceived the residents of the mahalla that he would build a PARK on the site of private houses... yes... only it turned out to be his developer's name - Park Wood...
One friend who was going to buy an apartment in these houses has already refused... including because of the small space for a playground, and they are building about 6-7 high-rise buildings... WHERE CAN HIS CHILDREN PLAY THEN?
And in these houses there are open hinged balconies... and on each balcony there is a tub with a live tree!!! For the shadow, probably!
