We lived in this hotel. The locals also say that this is the best hotel in the city. We lived in a large suite, in general, there are no questions to the room. The breakfasts are so-so, not the level, of course, of a 5* hotel, but this hotel doesn't seem to have such a rating. The main disadvantage is the club + karaoke in the restaurant where breakfast is held. The audibility is good. If you are with children or want to sleep in silence, you are definitely not here. As the staff said, the restaurant is rented out by the owner of the hotel. And the new tenants don't give a damn about the hotel guests. The main thing is that the music plays as loud as possible, and money from nightlife lovers flows into the cash register. 2 nights the music was rumbling, the second time right up to 4 in the morning. Beastly, of course.

It's a good hotel, but it needs renovation (1st building). The 2nd building is better.
There are rooms with river views. There are many cafes and a wine and vodka store nearby.

A great hotel, the best in the city. The price/quality is consistent. The area is beautiful, the pool is excellent. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, everything is in the room, even two types of slippers! disposable and carpet)) The bed is very comfortable, it's important to me. Excellent staff, especially at the reception, polite, responsive. The cuisine in the restaurant is very tasty and varied. The breakfasts are at the highest level! The Wi-Fi in the rooms works perfectly. We stayed with my husband for two years in a row, July 2022, May 2023 and we will come again! We are very satisfied, thank you very much!

Luxurious spacious rooms with everything you need and even more. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: the lack of a winter pool and in the restaurant, cigarette smoke hurts your eyes, it's impossible to breathe and everything is in a fog, and this is at a time when the whole world is fighting smoking!

The best hotel in Khujand, but not without disadvantages. It's time to update the bathrooms, at least replace the leaking showers. Breakfasts are also weak, despite the fact that the cost of rooms is far from budget. The views from the inside are gorgeous, as well as a bombastic terrace on the street in the spirit of the Black Sea resorts.
