Overall, I am impressed by their strong online presence and positive customer reviews. The agents I worked with were responsive and willing to answer my questions. They helped make the purchase process, which was a dark forest for me, more understandable and calm, showing patience and explaining in detail everything that interested me. Thanks to agents Elena Protasena and Sergey Prishivalko for their friendliness, patience and determination to do everything possible to help. Despite some bureaucratic difficulties during the process, the agents were always there to guide you by dates and help keep you motivated.
