We were unpleasantly surprised by both the quality and the attitude towards the customer.
Business cards have been made unreadable, and customers with glasses squint to read the name of the organization.
Upon receiving an email from me with information about unsatisfactory quality, they replied "the manager will contact you", and no one contacted me, although I also reminded them.
Overall, customer focus is at zero.
Before handing over the business cards to me, the manufacturer put them in boxes, then in a bag and tied the package into a knot (( so I

I ordered business cards. I liked that everything was automatic, I sent the layout and immediately paid for it.
But you can't foresee everything)) something happened to their mail and there was no call, no answer, whether the business cards were working, silence..
I wanted to be sad, but I contacted the employee via Viber, sent the layout again, and after lunch the business cards were in my hands.

We ordered business cards on transparent plastic.
And the advantages:
+ Excellent quality
+ Adequate price
+ Excellent communication (emergency information: VK, telegram, Viber, phone, e-mail)
+ Efficiency (the order is made for 3 days, but at our request it was done in a day, staying at work, which caused us a stingy male tear of gratitude)
+business cards were packed in boxes when ready.
+ You can pick up the order within the MKAD without breaking through the 9-point congestion in the center of Minsk (but this is by prior arrangement)

I ordered business cards for AN Fltaberry, the size was mentioned twice on the phone, as a result they were made according to the standard size and the message about unfair work and ignoring wishes was answered "Maybe it was like that, I don't remember anymore." And to the message "For me, your business cards are useless paper on which you can't even write (irony)" they replied, "Any gel pen writes," you are very good at irony, but I would like the ability to service on your part). I do not recommend it.
