security does not allow parking near the business center "not his own". he puts chips on the road, cleans them for privileged cars. there are problems with the elevators. terrible ventilation, issues with which have not been resolved for years. among the advantages: convenient location, beautiful building, gorgeous panoramic view of the center from the upper floors.
