I am a guest from Russia and I always came to you and everything was always great... the last time I visited you was on September 13, 2024, there were seats on the ground floor, I asked the waiter to put me down, but she said go to the administrator. I went to the admin, she did not allow it, I really did not like it, although there were places.... they put her on the second from the stage to the right , there were a lot of places there, I asked the waiter to put her closer to the courtyard so that the dance floor and the stage could be seen, but she began to resent , throw chairs and grumbled something under her Armenian nose, (lyacharka)... in 24, I visited you 2 times with friends, but after I will never come to you in this situation and I will not advise my friends ... Hello. We rested with you on September 5 in a large company. The question is, why are the waiters so impolite in your establishment? They react to the request as if they have recently reclined. It is easier to pick up, carry, and clean yourself than to ask your waiters about it. The faces are indifferent, arrogant. We order one, they bring the other. (They ordered beef, for some reason they brought mutton). They just work hard, they want to calculate it as soon as possible. Go away and let a new table come. It's a pity that tips are already included in the bill, because these people don't even deserve a penny. Did you spill wine on the guest? Don't even expect an apology. Will you ask me to bring some water? You can't wait. To any request, you will immediately see dissatisfied reactions from tired staff, and you will also pay for it) But you can do what you don't need to do. The highlight of the evening is a forgotten gift at the table, which has disappeared without a trace. The last ones left the place, the gift was left there. The next day, there was no gift or apology, but only a word that such a thing could not happen in our institution. Dear hosts, take the time to the staff of your establishment and explain to them that we are guests in your cafe, and not the other way around.
The institution is strongly discouraged from visiting.

A good institution, one of the oldest in Armenia, which is still operating, a pleasant atmosphere, live performance. Everything is very tasty, the service is also good, the guys take care of a pleasant time.
We celebrated my brother's birthday the other day, and everyone was satisfied.

There has never been such a disappointment.We visited this restaurant again, but for the first time we saw all the disadvantages that were so well hidden.The staff didn't give a damn about the visitors, the food was disgusting, there was no limit to disappointment.

Персонал вежливый, обслуживание быстрое. Заказывали салатик мясной - порция большая, вкусный. Музыка живая, также есть возможность заказать на ваш выбор. большой танцпол. Контигент не всегда вменяемый..

Читая отзывы не хотелось ехать, но всё таки решились и не пожалели. Огромный зал, хорошая музыка, вкусная еда. Самое интересное хлеб пекут прям в зале и это комплимент посетителям, бесплатно раздают. Были очень удивлены, что там был армянский певец Татул Авоян, исполнял на высшем уровне. Из ресторана можно выйти в место для курения к Разданскому ущелью, тоже очень красиво. Одним словом рекомендую 👍🏻

Еда нормальная, но одна звезда - за обслуживание и очень, очень громкую музыку. В целом, еще на этапе звонка в ресторан было понятно, что она невыносимо громкая - взявший трубку сотрудник практически меня не слышал, а я почти не могла разобрать, что он мне говорит, но особо вежлив сотрудник точно не был. Почему-то меня это не насторожило. Но в итоге, действительно, музыка, хоть и живая, оказалась безумно громкой - такого я не встречала еще ни в одном ресторане и даже баре. Кроме того, она еще и весьма однообразная, но это вообще не проблема, будь она просто фоновая.
В общем, за такую невыносимость ставлю только одну звезду. Не могу даже представить, каково живущим и функционирующим рядом. Судя по другим отзывам, не мне одной музыка показалась излишне громкой.

Как бывший повар, за столь отвратительный стейк из индейки, я бы местному повару даже руку не пожал. Так было бы 5 звёзд, но настолько сухую и безвкусную куру я не ел никогда, не представляю, как её можно так приготовить.
Ну и официант-консьерж, который не разрешил сесть за понравившийся столик - неприятно, но могу сослаться на "регламент" или вроде того.

Встретили тут нг 2019. Огромный ресторан на 2000 человек. Атмосфера прекрасня, армянское гостеприимство льется рекой. Новогодняя программа богата живой музыкой, песнями, и танцами. Градус растет с каждой минутой. Кухня посредствннная. Соли не жалеют. Порции крайне большие. Треть блюд из меню отсутствовали, т.к. типа не сезон. У меня привычка пробовать, все что не знаю. Тут лучше так не делать или все досканально спрашивать, но не факт что вас поймут и вы поймете. Выпечки нет, только хлеб и пахлава. Впечатление впринципе хорошее за счет людей. Обстановка семейная, дружная, это перекроет любой негатив и решает любое недовольство.
