"Loved" with a check! After the last guests, it was not cleaned, they did not even apologize for it! Stupidly wiped the table and chairs.
We ordered khinkali, chicken and pork kebabs, tea, flatbread and khachapuri in Adjarian style.
Pork kebab: Lard, bone and a small, even seemingly inappropriate piece of pork meat
Chicken shish kebab: I do not know how it was possible to spoil the CHICKEN shish kebab, most likely improper storage and the "hands" of the cook, the meat seemed to have gone stale, and then the sauce was spoiled.
Tea... The taste is three, also quite cold, we ordered a kettle, the waiter said that there would be enough for 4... It was enough for 3 and a couple of drops in the 4th glass
The flatbread is a little dry, made of not the best dough, therefore it does not please the taste either
Khachapuri... It was said about the dough earlier, for the rest, I will only add that instead of cheese, cottage cheese was poured there and again brought cold, over-dried
And the final one. We waited a long time for khinkali, as a result, we brought them cold, trying to justify ourselves "we pour water on them after cooking.".. It was the first time I saw this in Georgia, they immediately bring cold khinkali, which are barely warm even inside, so the taste of meat is also killed by spices, I ate shish kebab and khinkali only because I haven't eaten for a long time and we were in a hurry.
As a result, as an apology for the service and ahem... food, they offered to pour tea for us.
