The best khinkali in Georgia is probably served here. It is better to book in advance, otherwise you will not be able to accommodate. The restaurant does not have enough stars from the sky and it is not always convenient to sit there, but everything is more than covered by delicious food
Visited several times. All times were satisfied. Very tasty. Price -quality is on top, even the quality outweighs)
The staff is friendly, the interior is interesting.
I advise you to visit :)
Delicious and very even, khachapuri in Megrelian bomb , khinkali kalakuri 10/10. But the service ..
It depends on the luck and mood of the waiters.
There were two days in a row , on the first day the waiter was very indignant at us for not reminding another waiter to take out the salad ( which was remembered ) but it was somehow in the receipt. And from now on, he advised us to immediately talk about the forgotten salad in an aggressive form.
But the second day in the same institution was a great success and without incidents , probably because this waiter did not approach us 😂
I have been working in catering for 8 years myself and I understand everything perfectly, especially how the work is arranged inside, only for this reason this situation has remained an unpleasant aftertaste.
So many expectations and how they are broken... they ordered khachapuri in Adjarian style, brought it with cold cheese and frozen butter... they asked us to warm it up and at first they proved to us that this was intended, then they took it away with a psycho without saying anything. We thought about making a refund, but while we were waiting for another dish, the same khachapuri was brought to us, but with a burnt boat.. the impression is not very good at all.. we will no longer go to this institution ourselves
Let it be "five", because it's delicious. But, as everywhere, there is nothing that distinguishes and I would like to come back. Moreover, it is expensive.
A hard kebab, a strange-tasting soup with meat and spit. Plus, for some reason, in the evening there was no opportunity to order hot drinks, banal tea. Thank you for giving me a charger for my phone and charging it))
It's a very strange place. It looks decent, but the waiters are kind of detached. They forgot to bring part of the order, did not understand what phali was, served very slowly, almost without regaining consciousness. The food is average. In Moscow, Georgian restaurants cook better.
Definitely my favorite place to get full. Khinkali "Pasanauri" is amazing, khachapuri in Adjarian is insanely delicious, although it did not look very good. They were sick of taking 2 men and a plate of bread- if with a girl, then I had a lot! But Chakhokhbili is simply delicious. We tried shish kebab and vegetable salad.
Just go and try the kitchen here!
We went out in the evening with a young man. At 21:00 all the tables were occupied, we were turned around. After waiting a bit, we came back and asked to make a reservation.
An hour later we returned, they showed us to an empty table, and we sat down ourselves. About 5 minutes later, the waiter came up to us, brought the menu, plates and cutlery.
We ordered 5 khinkali with potatoes for 0.9 lari, 5 khinkali pork + beef + spices for 1.6 lari and sauces for 2 and 3 lari each. Khinkali wanted to drink it down. The menu has wine in glasses: red semi-sweet for 9 lari, white semi-sweet for 5, dry for 5. There is also a liter of compote on the menu for 12 lari ... but we liked NATURAL peach juice for 3.5 lari. I immediately remembered the famous Georgian hospitality, and the guy and I decided that such generosity (the waiter said that they would bring a liter of juice) was a gift for visitors from the institution. That's what we ordered: a liter of natural peach juice for 3.5 lari. After 10 minutes, they brought us a bottle of Cappy (Coca Cola produces this miracle - the leader among manufacturers of natural drinks) and two glasses. The bottle was really a liter. The bottle was enough for 4 glasses, this is important for the end of the story (the waiter brought the glasses to us, we did not take them from home).
Half an hour after the order, khinkali was brought to us. Stunningly. That's serious. The guy literally mumbled with pleasure, drinking juice from meat khinkali. We were glad that we ate for 25 GEL maximum.
And now they bring us the bill. 37.5 GEL. Service fee (which is not available) - you ask? But it's not! A bottle of Cappy cost us 17.5 lari (it costs a maximum of 5 in the store).
As it turned out, 3.5 lari costs one glass of this NATURAL juice. We were given 5 (apparently 200 ml * 5), although we had enough for 4 incomplete glasses.
That's the way it is!
The story of what: people come to a restaurant or cafe not only to satisfy their physical hunger, but also to relax their soul. But the attitude of the staff towards the guests does not allow this. And when they charge you more money than you should, it's generally sad.
Be on the alert. And khinkali is really tasty and cheap for September 2023

We went to a cafe to have a snack. There were a lot of places, almost no people. Everyone was in the cafe opposite😂 There were three of us, including the child. We like to eat a lot - we sat down not at a 4-seater table (although there are such benches that you can't call 4-seater), but at a 6-seater. The table we wanted to sit at was not marked in reserve, the second one was with a sign, they did not go for it. The couple who came in later sat down at a table with a sign and didn't say a word to them. And some pestilent waiter ran into us and began to be rude and kick us out of the table, hiss at us and mutter something under his breath as he left. Although in principle he could have explained it normally and we would have moved, we are not conflicted people and understand calm speech. We did not stay in this place, we thought, despite the reviews, to go - we abruptly changed our minds. Judging by the photos of the "dishes", it's good that they didn't stay😅 Next time we will take into account the stars and the latest reviews about the establishments😅
Pasanauri is a chain, but next to Rustaveli metro station is the best in my opinion, veal with tomatomi is the most delicious thing I ate, especially when a piece of shorty is soaked in sauce. Yes, and there are large portions
The dishes are satisfactory, the price is normal. The interior is not very good. The staff speaks Russian poorly, did not understand the entire order, so they did not bring two of the ordered dishes.

The best Khinkali! You can reserve a table in advance. The service is fast and fun. The rest of the dishes are just fine. But people come here to eat Khinkali. And, importantly, the residents of Tbilisi themselves.
Pretty mediocre. The food is ordinary, the prices are the same. The service seems to be doing a favor. It is impossible to order less than 5 pieces of hinkels of the same type, although the price is per piece. The wine is diluted to the state of water.
A place of peace. Everything is simple, without Moscow frills, but delicious and pleasant service.
Good Megrelian, khinkali with herbs, vegetable salad, rustic potatoes and chicken liver. Delicious-delicious-delicious!
A wonderful place) we visited many times while vacationing in Tbilisi
The food, the waiters, everything is fine

Delicious khinkali, khachapuri, the service is certainly not very good, but it's the same everywhere in Georgia. The wine is not bad, but sometimes it is served warm and it is not very good. It's worth visiting at least once.
Visited in the evening in the middle of the week. You come in - no one pays attention to you. A waiter runs by with an angry expression on his face. I ordered soup - it was brought medium-heated. I understand perfectly well that soups are not cooked for you from scratch, but you can at least bring it to a hot state
The kebab was juicy, but salty. And as a result, when paying, they also gave me a mountain of change and cheated on 40 tetri... Perhaps someone is more lucky and if you come in company, then you are more welcome. But personally, I can't recommend the institution.
We won't come back a second time!
They put me at a very uncomfortable table, there was no legroom at all, there was a partition, I had to sit sideways. At the same time, the chairs are wooden, very uncomfortable and small.
The young man and I moved the table carefully so that I could sit down normally. The waiter reproached us with displeasure that you blocked the passage, did it with such a look that it became very, very unpleasant. At the same time, there was a passage! You could approach the other table from the other side absolutely calmly and you could also pass from our side. Attention! That table was already empty, no one was sitting at it. But we needed to spoil the impression anyway. I think it's rude of them to reproach a guest so badly.
We waited for 50 minutes for Khinkali, which is a very long time. Everything was brought in parts and with a very long time lag. We almost drank all the drinks, then we just brought the salad, ate the salad and just sat, then we just brought the barbecue and after a very long time we had khinkali. I'm generally not picky about food, but the kebab was obviously over-salted, the khinkali was very peppery, it's hard to eat.
Service minus, food for 3.
It's a terrible place. We ordered a bottle of not the cheapest wine (60 GEL). They brought it already open, we didn't see the cork. When pouring into glasses, I found some strange piece in mine. I got it. It turned out to be a pulp... but that's half the trouble, there was mold on the pulp. They refused to replace the wine, saying that this is how it should be in the best wine..
The kitchen is also so-so - a rubber kebab, suluguni is generally like a boot, salads are below average, only khachapuri in Megrelian was excellent. The tables are uncomfortable, the interior is like in a cheap diner. If you want to save your mood and not be disappointed in Georgian cuisine, I recommend visiting Salobie Bia.
The staff was very tired due to the large flow of people. But this did not affect the quality of the food. Khinkali is a solid four, but grilled vegetables and chicken soup (I forgot the name) are just a cannon! The interior is old, but after serving the dish, you don't pay any attention to it at all. I recommend it to everyone
Excellent khinkali with lots of broth, and the dough does not tear and does not stick to your teeth! The kebab is also very juicy, which you can eat even without sauce 👍
At first glance, the eatery was even going to leave, but after reading the reviews they decided to stay.
Very tasty food, large portions!!!
Many thanks to the staff 👍🏻💪🏻
It is rather a factory of khmnkali and other Georgian cuisine - the place seems to be legendary, there is always a queue and a full landing. But khinkali was not inspired - a lot of spices, not so much sauce, minced meat is also a three
We came to have dinner with the family... and we had dinner here all the days we lived in Tbilisi. Everything is a five plus. Thanks to the chefs. Well done!

The prices are average, everything is delicious, the staff is polite. Glass of wine 5, khinkali -2 GEL.
For the first time I was disappointed with the restaurant. Khinkali has not even mastered, the dough is not thin, as before, the minced meat is too salty.

We visited "Pasanauri" near M.Rustaveli.
1. The staff is not sociable, the attitude is as if they are being forced to work, the waiters are running around the hall.
2. Khachapuri in Adjarian style was prepared for about 23 minutes, with a small workload in the hall.
The cheese in this dish did not stretch at all, and a huge piece of butter was placed on top of this miracle, which spread all over the plate.
3. 5 khinkali were cooked for 40 minutes, the waiter brought them as if I owed him money.
It's very tasty and homemade, you can't get to the kitchen, but the service is very dry and through clenched teeth, when we entered the institution (all the tables seemed busy) all the waiters were at the reception, but as a result, none of them met us and did not say a word. We stood for 10 minutes, saw the vacant table, took the menu ourselves and sat down at it 😂it was strange that we did not need to cook ourselves 😂
