We are deeply outraged by the work of DP "Document" in Nikolaev, the so-called "passport service", which deals with biometric and ordinary passports.Address: Sadovaya str., 3-V. Not only did I have to stand in line for half a day (why not enter a log at the reception desk, where the person signed up and came to "his deadline" by appointment!) . Payment in full for urgency in 7 working days is charged, plus 350 UAH is charged. universal insurance for 9 months, which will not be useful to you (it is not suitable for the skiing tour), plus 450 UAH service is charged, and you will not receive your passport on time!!! You don't even have to order urgently! It is the 13th working day, the biometric passport has not been issued. The management talks rudely, does not seem to hang up and does not help solve the problem of disrupting the vacation in any way! I do not recommend this service! Contact RV MMUMVS, they will do it faster.
