What kind of nonsense is this???? I didn't come to receive it without documents. I received an SMS about the readiness of the passport, I believe that for 3 rubles you can write a schedule for issuing it. I arrived on Saturday from Gomel, the schedule shows from 8 to 17. As a result, it is closed - I call the passport office, and they tell me that they work with citizens until 13, and the employees themselves work until 17. Why do I need this info, how do employees work? Specify the correct work schedule. Or if you charge more money for SMS than the operator himself, then be kind enough to send the time when you can pick it up.
