The disgusting work of the passport office.
They are constantly creating a queue. Supposedly disabled people are allowed to pass without waiting in line. The only one who works well is the 4th office, there are no complaints there.
The staff is always unhappy, it seems that people have come to their house and interfere with their rest.
It's a complete mess.
The work schedule is not relevant, they take up to 12 hours, motivating this by the fact that there is a huge amount of work. The staff is rude, there is nowhere to make a photocopy, you can fill out an application on your knee. Huge queues. When will there be order here?
In my career, I have to visit passport offices in different cities of the DPR. I have never seen anything worse than this, in a word, Chaos and Rudeness, to put it politely. The rest can only be expressed in obscenities.
People are good, of course, but you can't get far on enthusiasm.
Unfortunately, the organization is strained.
It's almost always some kind of chaos.
It is clear that a couple of people cannot cope with a hundred visitors, but this does not make it easier for people: the constant queues and the need to occupy them almost from 5 in the morning are very upsetting.
I put it at 4, because I understand that the remaining employees there are just working on enthusiasm... Although in fact the score is 2.
There is a big queue at the entrance. Lots of people coughing and sneezing. No one cares about the safety of citizens at such a time. But the entrance to the passport office is only with a blindfold and two people each. Yes, while you stand in line there, you will get sick with any infection a hundred times. Personal safety is above public safety.
Terrible queues. Many break down without waiting in line, are rude, sometimes almost to the point of a fight. It is almost impossible to check out or register unless you sacrifice two or three days. The work is slow. I don't know how fast it can be in principle, but you can safely take the brakes with you to wait.
Two of the staff work, and the rest are probably for furniture. Queues of thirty people are being recruited, and if you take into account the constant "thieves", then you can not wait for your turn.
No need to screw yourself up, citizens) People are working with you with full dedication. Queues... So it's not my fault. Come into the office more kindly.
