A small hotel in the center of Baku, 5 minutes from the Old Town. They were very well received, explained everything about the hotel and its surroundings. We communicated perfectly in Russian. The room has shampoo, slippers, hair dryer, shower gel, TV, 2 new bottles of water are put in every day. The windows faced the avenue, but it was quiet with the windows closed. Unfortunately, the audibility from the doors of neighboring rooms. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is sufficient. I definitely recommend it, the staff is friendly, I bow to you!
NEVER book this hotel IN YOUR LIFE! You will be deceived and even made to blame. We booked a room at the Passage Art Hotel. It's all one complex: boutique, art, old. As a result, we were settled into a tiny, smoky, shabby room with mold and dirty walls. The confirmation and the request to relocate did not lead to anything, they said that the room would be available the next day. But the next day they offer us a room slightly better than the first one and say that their program does not have a division into types (art, old), it's all a passage and they don't have the numbers listed on the booking (lies! We walked around the hotel, asked the residents, they confirmed that there were rooms). It was New Year's Eve and we didn't spoil our holiday because of these scammers and moved to another hotel. Change the staff and take care of the hotel already. The only advantage is the location, but it's not worth it.
The biggest plus is the location - everything is nearby. The old town, the embankment, grocery stores, the party center of the city. Breakfast is rather meager. Towels were washed 1000 times probably - very old. The biggest disadvantage is audibility. We lived on the ground floor, everything that happened in the hallway and at the reception was perfectly audible. The guys at the reception are very friendly.
