It was always convenient, comfortable and fast. 11.06. flight 15.45 Grodno- Lidao did not take a minibus, but a bus with 40 seats! In addition, through Ostrino and Vasilishki!!! Which was a very unpleasant surprise!!! There are a lot of stops! If I wanted to go like this, I would take a ticket on a standard bus! It is necessary to warn about such surprises in changing the mode of transport and route!!! I was extremely dissatisfied!

On 06/18/12, the bus Bobruisk - Minsk was ordered for 8:00.
I am not a local passing through, I arrived 10 minutes before departure, we stood, waited, called, as a result, the dispatcher said that we would clarify the information, we will call you back - no one called back. The application changed the time of departure to 8:35 - the result and there was no minibus at that time. The carrier doesn't give a damn about your business, worries and that you have planes or other business booked in Minsk on time.
It's terrible, just terrible. Absolutely ill-mannered people are sitting in the technical room, do not answer questions and block rooms. There are a lot of confusing posts on the site. The only plus is the kind and responsive drivers. At least apologize for your mistakes.
It is very convenient to order. Payment is made on site. Always on time. Good drivers. If I do not have time for the right time, they will always change it, if there is something. I like. Thanks! I'm talking about the Atlas.
A comfortable, beautiful, modernly equipped train station. Plus, there is an exchanger, sockets for charging phones and a good cafe dining room for lovers of marbled meat steaks, etc. will not work, as well as not expensive and good food: soups, salads, porridges, cutlets, pies....
The trip is terrible. The vehicles are not in proper technical condition - they are draughty from all the cracks. It's winter outside, plus speed. I got sick during the trip.
IT'S TERRIBLE!!! I advise you not to rely on this "organization"!!! A very important trip was planned, the bus did not arrive, they said it was broken! There is no provision for replacement of transport. It's good that another ticket was booked.

After the driver hung up, there were "a few" kind words about this man. When the driver saw this passenger 50 meters away from the car, he defiantly opened the door and began shouting at the top of his voice so that the person would "move"
As a result, the young man landed in 30 minutes, as he should have, he managed, but still heard the negative in his direction.
P.S I understand perfectly well that atlas for some cities is the only way to get to their settlements, if you can call it that - monopolists in the market, but TVC communicating with customers is just fear.
I've never left angry reviews, but it just had to be seen.

I have not had time to evaluate this service from the point of view of the trip, but I have already evaluated it from the point of view of a refund. A week later, the deadline (30 WORKING DAYS) for a refund for an unproven service expires (the service was canceled 3 days before the trip). The money has not been refunded yet. I read the reviews, wrote to people who found themselves in a similar situation: either they did not return the money and had to contact them again and listen to complete legally unfounded nonsense, or they made a refund within two days. Terrible service!

I was driving the route at 11.50 Baranovichi Grodno 14.10.21g, the trip turned out to be terrible, the driver created an emergency situation, left for a meeting, with heavy braking a meter from each other, I fell, arrived bruised, called the company, but to this day silence. I probably won't use the services anymore.
A message came to wait at the train station stop, the driver arrived with a bag, Stopped at the Station Square stop and said to go to him with the bag, asked to throw it since he was on his way, the driver drove past me ignored me called the dispatcher After 20 minutes another driver drove by already standing at another stop again the driver said that he continued to travel had to refuse There is no service from the trip to wash for half a day
Terrible approach to the client!!! To leave and not pick up a passenger is simple without comment... leave it on the street and do not solve the issue. I do not recommend traveling with this carrier to anyone
