I did not receive either the bus number or the driver's number, the manager did not respond to messages at all, although I could see that I was "online". I was promised a landing along the route of the bus, of course, it did not work out. When asked about a ticket replacement or refund, I was told "these are your problems." You should not use their services, a business of this quality should bend over and clear the market
