I recently visited the Passiflora flower shop and was absolutely delighted! Immediately upon entering, you can feel the atmosphere of comfort and freshness — the incredible scent of flowers fills the space. The range is simply amazing: there are both classic bouquets and unique compositions that are difficult to find in other stores.
The staff is very polite and helpful. The consultants were happy to help me choose the perfect bouquet for my friend's birthday, offering me some creative ideas. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and expertise.
In general, Passiflora is a place where you want to come back again and again. I recommend it to all flower lovers!
Among the advantages: often fresh flowers, beautiful baskets, round the clock.
But unfortunately, there are more disadvantages. I've been here twice on different days - early in the morning and in the evening. And if in the morning everything was wonderful, polite and calm, except for the assortment (there was little, but it was generally understandable, there are no questions here), then in the evening everything went awry.
I went into the store, two women were sitting somewhere behind flowers, I did not see them, I only heard that one was talking either on the phone or with the second. I said hello, walked around the hall, looked, no one even got up and did not answer. Then she came up and addressed me, only then did they pay attention to me.
She said that she liked one of the bouquets but would like a different color of flowers, so that it would also be beautiful and similar, just different and without a rose. I was attacked, they say, so you want what's in your head. And how do I know how it will be better combined and look in the end, because I'm not a florist or a designer.
Okay, it seems to have been decided, collected. As a result, everything is OK on one side of the bouquet, and there are some holes on the other. It turned out ugly, I noticed when I had already moved away decently. I was upset because I took it as a gift to a friend.
Unfortunately, I lost the photo of the "bouquet". That's how I would attach this masterpiece.
And the price is higher than in other stores. That makes it even more annoying.
In general, the sediment is not very good from the visit
It's a terrible flower. The staff was reluctant to serve. The flowers themselves were far from fresh, and the overall quality of the bouquet left much to be desired. The bouquet was tied with a cheap plastic ribbon for cakes, and when asked to tie it with a better ribbon, the staff, rolling their eyes, agreed to tie it with a regular white one. The flowers are hideously pruned, some are already crumbled from blunt scissors, others, apparently, have become lazy to prune. Already in my attempt to rectify the situation and fix the bouquet, one bud fell off. And finally, the finale: when we got home, we counted the number of cuttings – there were 12 of them, that is, an even number, which in itself sounds like a bad sign! I wanted to write a review on March 7, but I couldn't get my hands on it. My boyfriend bought the flowers. I do not recommend this store to anyone! Total disappointment!
