The standard of bureaucracy. My husband's passport was running out on March 10th. On February 14, we arrived at this organization (well, where else?) to apply for a passport replacement. An urgent two-week production was refused to us for unknown reasons. Three weeks later, they called the passport office to clarify the readiness of the passport (new documents were urgently needed), to which they received an answer: "When did you apply? February 14th? So come on March 14th!" On March 15, my husband still took his passport, which was ready as early as 02/29/2024. What was the difficulty in giving it to us right away, and after what time the young specialists of the passport office become grumpy, remains a mystery to us.
