When asked when my card would be ready, she answered me 3 or 4 times, before that she said: I don't know, In the end she told me to come the day after lunch. I asked if it would be convenient if I arrived at 14, they answered in the affirmative. At the same time, I promised to be very polite and calm with her all this time. As a result, it turned out that she had a break from 14 to 15. There are no air conditioners in the building, and there are no chairs. By the way, I arrived on time for my recording time (even a little earlier), there was a large queue there, despite the need to record. If you have a choice, I recommend going to another passport office, if you do not want to face such an attitude and waste a lot of time.
