I haven't been able to get my passport for two years. Every year I come across a terrible and irresponsible attitude of employees (the language does not even turn to call them employees) who do not want to perform their official duties. They say one thing — in fact, you get another.
I wish every employee to receive the same attitude towards themselves that you project on others.
There are no complaints about communication, except that during the consultation I was given one list of documents, and others were required at the reception, well, this is already a familiar thing. But the waiting conditions are bad, there are no chairs or benches, people with sore legs, old, pregnant, with children are standing. And the toilet was closed, now only for employees.
This is the first time I have encountered such a hostile attitude in Armenia in more than 2 years of living here. A woman probably with a watchman's syndrome accepts documents for a social card in room 206. She put on a show in front of me about the hard work she has to do here because of me. (It was necessary to change the passport number in the social card). When asked when my card would be ready, she answered me 3 or 4 times, before that she said: I don't know, In the end she told me to come the day after lunch. I asked if it would be convenient if I arrived at 14, they answered in the affirmative. At the same time, I promised to be very polite and calm with her all this time. As a result, it turned out that she had a break from 14 to 15. There are no air conditioners in the building, and there are no chairs. By the way, I arrived on time for my recording time (even a little earlier), there was a large queue there, despite the need to record. If you have a choice, I recommend going to another passport office, if you do not want to face such an attitude and waste a lot of time.
