At the beginning of July, we came to apply for a patent - they showed us our passports, photographed us and took blood. Then they waited 2-3 weeks for the patent to be received. Then, on July 24, they re-arrived at the migration department and received a patent, which turned out to be valid for two months. Our costs amounted to 16,000 rubles, we gave for each, I think it's expensive to pay such an amount for 2 months of a patent. The second big disadvantage in the department is that there is no cash terminal, we paid in cash and did not receive a check! I was also unpleasantly surprised by the situation when a citizen with shoulder straps sits brazenly in his office smoking, this is unacceptable! Among the advantages, the procedure of staying there was quickly completed, and the beautiful historical building was also pleased.
