The staff is generally friendly, but not qualified. They can't advise anything, drinks are poured into glasses from a jug too, they don't fit for a long time, napkins and a plate are taken away only when you say 2 times yourself.
The serving of the dishes is untidy.
The food is not delicious. It was done very mediocre.
The interior and design are not Italy, there are no chips, no style, no aesthetics.
Alas, the establishment is not very good.

The order was brought without devices - the devices themselves in 3 minutes
The dishes were delicious
BUT
After that, we caught the waiter again to be counted
AS A RESULT, IT TURNED OUT THAT THE BILL INCLUDES A 10% SERVICE FEE!
IT IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE AND NO ONE WARNED US
I understand that this is practiced in some institutions and countries, but it's just a shame to pay extra for such a service
Not to mention that it is turned on "at the will of the left heel" and can be absolutely anything.
We felt like we were just being conned for money.
