The amount of cheese raised as many questions as the amount of pesto. Fresh pasta in water, that's the impression. This is the 2nd or 3rd attempt to understand the presence of positive feedback. Very mediocre. An institution with that name should reconsider its methods of cooking at least classic sauces (bolognese, carbonara), and the amount of sauce itself in the dish is depressing. There are no questions about the pasta itself - it is cooked well (truly "al dente"). Actually, if the macariki could not have been cooked properly, then the score was of course 1. And so, it seems there is a lot to grow... We'll check it out next year. I really love pasta)
