An interesting store, the cashier girl was friendly, helped with the selection and questions, the assortment itself, well, it could have been better but overall not bad)
I didn't really like the seller. It's completely passive. She answered our questions dryly and indifferently, whether we would buy something or not. In general, you can buy something in the confectionery business.
As they say, it was better before. After the move, the number and variety of goods has significantly decreased, while they will not tell you when at least something will appear - no one knows anything, as if the sellers do not interact with the warehouse in any way and in general this is another pastille that does not relate to the site and warehouse in any way. Also, the quality of the product itself raises big questions - silicone molds are sold at a normal price, although they are all crumpled and this greatly affects the final appearance of the product - the same hemispheres turn out to be "crumpled", if it can be called a hemisphere at all - of two such spheres it does not work at all, rather some kind of capsule.
I was very surprised by the assortment in this store - there is practically no product. The location of the shopping facility is very good, but there is nothing to choose. It is much better to shop on Prytytsky - now only there
The store is very disappointing. First of all, unreasonably high prices, in particular for dyes, waffle printing and packaging. By the way, the cake boxes are generally of disgusting quality and do not match the price in any way, the handles were opened several times when transferring the cake. Although sellers have become more friendly, they cannot give adequate advice on the assortment and even more, they do not want to, as in principle they do not want to be friendly. I would also like to note the frequent absence of urgently needed goods: cocoa (the right percentage, boxes and substrates (the right size), thin waffle paper, for which the price tag is also space. It seems that the store's policy is based on the principle - "They will not go anywhere, they will buy" knowing that the pastry chef always has little time. In general, I do not recommend this store to anyone. To my great regret.
The assortment is not bad, it has become more scarce after moving from Dana Mall, there are few colors of dyes, there are not always elementary agar, icing and pectin, but in general you can buy the main ingredients and packaging. However, I categorically do not like the store's service - girls can rarely give adequate advice, they do not have deep knowledge in confectionery, the printer for edible printing is configured so that any picture is too dark, when asked to help with color correction, they answer "we do not know how", they are also unable to do any editing of the picture, pack the boxes so that it was convenient not to offer to carry it, and even after the request they exclusively put it in a bag, not always even the right size.
The choice is frankly not rich. There are no basic confectionery items. Maybe it was the day before the delivery of the goods?! The sellers are not friendly, they stood together, answered questions reluctantly, with such an appearance that they were prevented from having a conversation with each other.I'm unlikely to go back there, although the location of the store is quite convenient.
A good store for a pastry chef, one of the shops where you can print. They are now at a different address behind Dana Mall. And from 12.04 they change the address, but it seems close
