I visited the pastry shop "Pate" on April 9th and would like to share my experience of visiting, which, unfortunately, left me with negative impressions. I was choosing a dessert, it was not clear to me what was inside the Pistachio-strawberry cake, I clarified with the seller and received an indistinct answer, thereby realizing that the seller did not know the products. Okay, I ordered this dessert, out of the four cakes in the window, I asked for the rightmost cake, the seller gives me another cake and says he can't give me the one I want — the right one, explaining that "we have a sequence." When I asked what the sequence was, I got the answer - we are not allowed and I cannot give you the right cake. After a long time figuring out what the sequence is, and after the answers, I do not know and cannot give you the cake that YOU WANT, the seller tells me that what difference does it make to you which cake to give you if they are all of the same date, it's true, what difference does it make to YOU if they are all of the same date)))
This dispute confirmed that not all the cakes in your shop window are of the same date, and I need to give you a specific cake that needs to be sold first than the one I indicated. It is sad.
After a long argument with the seller, they still gave me a cake with a very unhappy face, WHICH I ASKED FOR 5 MINUTES.
They silently handed me a cake on a tray without a spoon. I had to take the plastic spoon myself.
The order was placed at 20:30.
I expected that the atmosphere in the pastry shop, where desserts are offered, would be more friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and I believe that staff training in the basics of polite communication and customer service could significantly improve the experience of visiting an institution.
I hope that my feedback will be taken as constructive criticism, and management will take measures to improve the quality of service.
