I really liked it, the coffee was delicious, the croissant was delicious. The guy served me, no complaints, there is self-service in this place, you ordered and pick it up yourself. They bring it in other places, but you can wait a long time for service and they can forget about your order at all (that's how it was on Dan) it's just terrible there. And everything is fine here. 👌

I recently visited a coffee shop and, unfortunately, was extremely disappointed. I ordered coffee, which, in theory, should have been fresh and fragrant, but instead I got a drink with a bitter taste and a strange smell. It seems that the coffee was of poor quality or simply poorly prepared.
In addition, the service left much to be desired. The waiter was inattentive and showed no interest in the customers. I had to wait a long time to place an order, and then even longer to receive it. As a result, I left with an empty glass and a bad mood.
I do not recommend this coffee shop to those who appreciate good quality coffee and courteous service.

At first, they were polite as you give money and make an order, and then as they asked for a good remake of the very bitter and log coffee, then the rudeness was from a young man and the discussion between the staff was open and brazen. I made a remark, but the rudeness and arrogance did not decrease in the young man . Loud music is basically too much on this floor , you can 't hear anything !

The tray stood near kamsa for 10 minutes, while I was told that it would be brought in 8 minutes! I didn't get any negativity, but the customer orientation is below the baseboard! It is necessary to work with the staff!!!

On 28.07 at 21:15 I ordered chicory on coconut. They gave out a drink with absolutely no taste.
I went up to the girl and asked her to redo or add more chicory so that at least some taste would appear. She said, further quote: food is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
I say, but it's just milk.
As a result, they told me 3 times that they could not help me in any way. Then the girl just started punching a new drink. That is, I had to pay for another one to have the same thing done to me.
I turned around and left. Leaving an empty glass of milk called "chicory" in the coffee shop.
Terrible service. I've never seen anything like this before.😅

We ordered 2 cappuccinos. We struck 1. We prepared a drink and gave it to the next customer after me. The client took the drink with her own hands, then she was told that it was not her drink, but mine. I was expecting the second drink, they reported that only 1 was struck. 1 drink was prepared for 10 minutes. Facepalm.

I want to note that we did not want to take coffee, knowing that the institution is closing, maybe the girl has already washed the coffee machine and not to strain once again! We greeted the barista, and we immediately get a negative reaction from the girl. While sitting on the phone and snorting to ourselves, we heard the phrase "we do not accept orders." To the question why don't you accept it? There was no sensible answer. Smacking his lips with a dissatisfied look, the barista asked if it was a card or cash? We answered anyway, and again we heard aggression and an unpleasant attitude towards us. The girl said, "Know for the future, we do not accept orders at this time!" . As a result, the barista gave us two identical buns, although I asked for different ones, but honestly I didn't want to swear anymore. Please resolve this situation and talk to your employee. I have never seen a more disgusting service! At first, my friend and I waited a long time for at least some attention to be paid to us. One girl was leisurely making coffee, the other was laying out croissants. They didn't ask us to wait, they just didn't pay any attention to us. When I asked how soon we would be served, the girl said in a dissatisfied tone to expect. Next is the most interesting part. When we picked up the order, it turned out that I was given the wrong croissant that I ordered. To my polite and tactful request to replace the croissant due to the waitress's mistake, the girl made the most displeased face. She warmed up the croissant terribly. It was cold and stale (at least yesterday's). I will never return to this institution again.
