Before I submitted the documents, the attitude was normal, but as soon as I paid them the money, it started! I have never seen such a boorish and incompetent attitude! The girl Ksenia mumbles in response to questions about the details of TM registration, she can't answer anything specific - she pours water. At the top, she still answers poorly, but as soon as you start digging deeper, asking about the specifics of legislation and the nuances of the TM registration process, the girl begins to stupor, carries some nonsense. The last time she said she didn't have time for me, she hung up on me. When I call back, she doesn't answer the phone. I got through from another number, asked to call the director because I want to discuss the incompetence and outright stupidity of the staff. Ksenia replied that she was the director and that she was not going to work with our company and hung up. She's a director, she's a secretary, she's a lawyer... Super!? Gentlemen, businessmen, are you looking for a lawyer who is competent in TM issues? Do not waste your time, they are NOT found in this company! Do you want hemorrhoids?
