I recently returned from this hotel. We were with my daughter in mid-September. The hotel is generally very good. A very beautiful area in the pines, birds are singing. We lived in a bungalow on the second floor. I liked the room, it was original, but I got the building in a not very good place, you can't sleep, in the evening and at night music screams from both sides, from the disco of my own and the neighboring hotel. The service at this hotel is impressive, there are waiters everywhere, even on the beach! Almost all the staff is Russian-speaking, a lot of our girls work there. About food: In the main TASTING restaurant, in general, there is enough, but the meat is somehow too tight, the main focus is on fish, there are several types of it. And there were also very few toothpicks on the tables, they are nowhere to be found, sugar is everywhere, and toothpicks are not to be found. This is very problematic, especially after such a meal. Another of the disadvantages, I would note the lack of opportunity to use an iron. The clothes are all wrinkled after the flight. And this service is paid, and not cheap, to iron a dress, for example, 7 euros! I think for this level of hotel, an iron should be mandatory. But in general, I really liked it, I recommend it!

I really liked it, nice, cozy territory, delicious food, many A la Carte restaurants where you can eat an unlimited number of times! I liked the sun beds on the huge lawn, not only on the beach. The hotel is not a party, the animation is not intrusive. For those who want to relax, get enough sleep and eat delicious food. In the morning, freshly squeezed orange juice on each table, a whole carafe and a coffee pot with milk.

We wanted to relax, unwind and have fun on a short summer vacation, so we chose the voyage Sorgun hotel. We managed to do this and not only because of the beautiful weather, the sea, the smiling staff, the sea of food (here, of course, you need to have willpower and control yourself when eating ...) and thanks to the spa center on site, where professionals work. Many thanks to the wonderful massage therapist Rana, who with her warm energy and hands made the rest even better!!! I would like to leave my feedback, we rested from September 20 to 28, 2021.
09/22/2021 there was a mass poisoning at the hotel, the rest was spoiled until the very departure. A lot of vacationers complained about it, the doctor made rounds, it was creepy. There was vomiting everywhere.
Compared to 2019, the hotel has lost a lot, it seems that the virus is to blame. The quality of the food is terrible, there is little choice. For example, sushi, they are with crab sticks.. You won't find such sushi even in a subway diner. For dinner, everyone was given over-salted and over-peppered, probably so that they could go to other restaurants for dinner for money.
There were constant problems with watering the lawns, it was impossible to approach the bungalow - the water was ankle-deep. Because of this, the rooms are terribly damp and smell like in the basement.
On the first day, the air conditioner broke down twice, only after swearing they changed the room.
The quality of cleaning is tolerable if you leave $ 5, but even for this they forgot to replenish the bar and replenish hygiene supplies.
The pillowcases on the pillows had holes, the linen itself was normal.
Beach:There are boulders to the right of the pier, you can break your legs. To the left of the pier there are 30 meters of sandy bottom and this is for the whole hotel.
The bungalows themselves are not designed to relax with children - the sink in the center of the room does not allow any procedures to be performed while the child is sleeping.
The only plus that I would like to mention is the bars: good cocktails.
For almost half a million rubles, it feels like you've been bred like the last sucker.
Something is happening outside the hotel, Anapa is resting. To get to the mall 3 km - 10 euros. Officially! For this money, I drive all over St. Petersburg by taxi!
In addition, upon arrival at the airport, luggage was opened and cosmetics bags from two bags were stolen. They have never stolen from our bags anywhere. But this is Turkey, never set foot here again!
