The queue is large on weekends, much smaller on weekdays. There are many toppings, you can choose up to 7. But the hot dog with potatoes was a little dry, I do not advise you to take it.

It's not super cheap, but it's cooler than its counterparts. They do it quickly, but the queues are usually crazy anyway. It's definitely worth a try, as it is one of the local gastronomic hallmarks of the country.
