Good price-quality ratio. Not far from the center of Terminal 21, next to the cleanest sea in Pattaya. Just 10 minutes at a leisurely pace and you're on the beach. You can buy inexpensive fruits on the way, they are building a new 7/11.
There are 2 more from the side of the road, very convenient. For 2000 a day, a wonderful option with a varied breakfast, which included croissants, freshly made omelets and wonderful coffee.
Breakfast hasn't been repeated all week that I've been there. Cleaning every day, clean towels, a little tired. The rooms are very spacious with old furniture, plumbing did not leak.
The first day was a room on the 1st floor with a view of the wall. Then they changed it with a view of the garden. There is silence at night, despite the fact that vacationers complained about noise in the reviews.
I only came to spend the night and have breakfast, so it was a great inexpensive option!

We are resting now, 04/08/2025, everything is very good. The breakfasts are varied, there is enough of everything. The rooms are old, but they are very good for those who are not picky. They clean every day, everything is clean. The hotel has a lot of greenery, basically quiet. The only thing is that she's a nasty Thai woman, tall, and works at the reception desk. He throws the keys to the safe like dogs. Always unhappy.
