A good bakery in the center of Minsk.
A very diverse range of pastries. There are many types of bread, cakes and buns.
They cook very tasty croissants here, they have a very pleasant creamy taste.
I can also mention their sweet tartlets. The pizza is delicious too.
The only thing I don't really like is coffee. It's pretty mediocre and loses out to coffee shops. Also, during rush hours, if you eat in an institution, the waiting time for serving can be quite long, so this place is suitable if you are not in a hurry.
I recommend this place.

A very tasty cappuccino and Americano saved the evening. The perfect balance of coffee and milk in the cappuccino, the Americano was strong enough, which was exactly what was needed. The coffee score is 5 out of 5 strong. There is a nuance in the service. An Americano was brought to the girl in a mug with a lipstick imprint. They asked for a change and of course the coffee was simply poured into another cup, rather than making a new Americano in a new cup. The desserts are delicious. I recommend the coffee and desserts. The service is definitely 2/5. No excuse... nothing, they just silently took away and brought overflowed coffee.

January 2, 7:30 a.m. We are the only visitors in the hall. We ordered drinks to take away, dessert and sat down at the nearest table to the delivery. We wait 10 minutes. Nothing happens. I come over and ask if I can get drinks because we're late for the tour.
It turned out that the girl, in her words, "loudly said" that the drinks were ready and waiting for us at the checkout.
As I said, we were sitting at the nearest table and we don't have any hearing problems. Plus, if the girl saw that we didn't react, we could repeat it. I repeat: we were ALONE in the cafe. I noticed that I could come up and say (the next table!!!), to which the beautiful Adriana remarked that "she doesn't get paid for it." The politeness of a Soviet canteen, not a French cafe. Perhaps the girl made a mistake with the place of work.

When we were in Minsk, we decided to go to Paul before the tour, hoping for a delicious and hearty breakfast.
Alas, my expectations were not fulfilled.
Omelette with fried avocado is a complete disappointment. 🍳🥑 The avocado and omelette were fried in unrefined oil, which gave the dish an unpleasant taste. And explain, why fry avocados at all? Maybe it was spoiled? And so that it is not lost and fried, because I have no other options.
Buckwheat with poached egg also left an unpleasant residue. The dish had a sour taste, and besides, the dish was completely unsalted.
The only thing that pleased me was coffee and a croissant with jam. The coffee was fragrant and delicious, and the croissant was fresh and crisp.
But even delicious coffee could not save the impression of a bad breakfast.
Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here anymore.
The waiter did not react in any way to our remark that we did not like our dishes, we did not even eat them very much. For indifference, the service is also a minus.

We like to make a milkshake out of Lattes, and tea, as a rule, is a maximum of a Greenfield bag ..., this is the norm... Both turned out to be of quite decent quality. But with regard to the sandwich and Pavlova, everything is much more fatal here. The sandwich was not that spoiled, but at least not at the price level, with salmon clearly from a vacuum package, such as "Santa Bremor" ... or maybe even something cheaper... We saved 100%, which in the end really spoiled the taste and impression. About Pavlova, there is a separate conversation here... In general, we have problems with "her" almost everywhere, as it turned out here too... "She" was almost completely baked and remained on the plate, completely making it impossible to eat her... What the pastry chef did with her, figs knows... In general, I did not guess clearly with the process. Well, the funniest thing happened then... Instead of Pavlova, in order to brighten up the impression, we ordered an eclair with custard... It smiled, of course, but the waiter, from whom we asked for the same eclair, literally, in the truest sense of the word, stood at the counter and stuck... and continuing to stand stuck, and at the moment when he was backed up by a sweet girl, his partner... Well, okay with the guy ..., eclair turned out to be, although huge, but the same, about nothing ..., about nothing from the word "at all"... I assure you, in small pastry shops, at a price an order of magnitude, or even two less, eclairs are an order of magnitude, or even two better... That was such an adventure ..., but I will say that everything else is on the menu, and there is plenty to choose from, we did not try, that is, maybe we were really unlucky to choose something that they do not know how to cook there... However, 2 waitresses and later the administrator (well, very young and forgot to introduce themselves) do not know what it is to cook cocoa, which in this institution is loudly called "Hot chocolate"!!! Not knowing the assortment is the height of non-professionalism!!! It is a fast-dissolving powder with an awful lot of low-quality sugar. The origin and name are shrouded in mystery. Dessert "Pavlova" a priori should have a sufficient, better to say a large, number of berries and fruits. Here, 2 blueberries and an unhappy lonely raspberry were huddled together forlornly!!! For another couple of hours, I suffered from a stomach reaction to eating such delicious food. Apparently, to apologize for the inconvenience, I had to leave a reward as well. We went to the cafe with my son on 03.11.2023. The cafe is cozy, located in the center, it's nice to be there. There are two halls in the cafe. You can order takeaway food with you, or, like us, make an order by sitting at a table. We ordered a pot of tea, two desserts (a piece of cake each) and a main course (pasta and a Julienne tartiflet with potatoes). The order was waited for about 25 minutes, as there were a lot of visitors. The service is good, the food is delicious, the portions are rather big, we are full, the prices are not the most budgetary: they gave 58.90 bel. rubles (-/+1780 Russian rubles) for everything. I recommend you to visit.

Yesterday I bought a tunnel, a festive New Year's Eve in a kraft package with parchment and a sprig of rosemary. It tastes like a scam! and deception! A loaf sprinkled with sugar, no more, a loaf! according to the filling, candied fruits from the nearest “DUBAI” are pitted raisins and occasionally a couple of prunes.
