One of the most beloved coffee shops/pastry shops in the city. When I get here, I get to France. The staff sometimes seems tense and sullen (not all of them), but in general you forget about it when you drink delicious coffee with a croissant under a French chanson, in a beautiful interior.

Clarification - not a bun but a puff pastry with cherries. The plastic looked like a broken piece of packaging, if you order pf somewhere, ask the supplier. I didn't address the staff, they all look at me somehow, as if the guest owes them something, I didn't want to spoil my mood by communicating with them. I'm not making any claims, I'm giving you feedback, what to do with it is up to you.

I came in with friends, on a day off, in the evening. The hall was almost empty, but the girl at the checkout was still incredibly unhappy, apparently that she needed to do something at all.
To the question "What drinks do you have besides coffee?", the girl just poked her hand at the menu, clicking as if I come every day and ask her about it.
And to the next question, "Do you have any cocoa additives?" she rolled her EYES and replied, "There are some," after which I thanked her for her time and left.
I think there is no need to say that such people should be fired immediately and, in general, take a more responsible approach to employees.
Not only was I left without food and drink, because I would not give money to such an employee, but they also spoiled my mood.
It would not be superfluous to say that I CATEGORICALLY do not recommend this institution, since such workers spoil all the good things that can be in it at all, which means you will just waste time and mood.
While such workers will be present on the ground, and the management will not monitor this, there is no point in coming here at all.

But you are lying that everything is indicated, instead of really making the information understandable and accessible. As a result, after spending money on a taxi and time, we came to have breakfast where there are no breakfasts.
At the entrance, the staff stands with the contemptuous face of the Grand Duke. I do not recommend it precisely because of the disrespectful and contemptuous attitude towards the guest.

A good place near the square of the Belarusian writer Yakub Kolas. The only thing that is not completely clear to me is the lack of waiter service. You order the coffee yourself, wait for it to be made for you, pick it up yourself and carry it to the table in the hall.
The coffee itself is delicious, you can't argue with that. But somehow they have already accustomed us to the service, and here... Although it may be for an amateur, but, most importantly, it does not affect the taste of coffee. Therefore, 5 stars.

My husband bought on 06/03/2023 at about 12.00 for takeaway.
The taste was completely unsaturated.
It seemed that the coffee was not replaced before cooking.

I didn't like that in the city center, in such a beautiful coffee shop for such prices, I had to pick up my order on a tray and carry it to the table. The employees are kind of lean, neither "hello" nor "have a nice day", they even communicate coldly with each other.
In general, everything is beautiful and delicious, but only from the cover. This coffee shop lacks a soul, and it is created by the catering staff as a rule.
The only thing that pleased me a little more was that they also come with animals, there was a very cool dog next to me) and the cheesecake was really very tasty, and the raspberries were not defrosted, but fresh, which is nice.

I do not recommend it. The price and quality do not correspond to each other. Buying a dessert for 10-13p, you expect something worthwhile, and not the feeling that you ordered it in the Crown for three rubles and made a margin at home. Yes, I compare it with the Crown, because they make it tasty and cheap there. And croissants are tastier and cheaper there.

For the first time, we took coffee to take away and it was made for us not by a barista, but by a coffee machine. Come to a coffee shop so that the coffee is not made by a barista... We were in a bit of shock. Why couldn't a choice be offered?
The second time was overshadowed by the attitude of the barista himself. There is no friendliness and benevolence. Plus, whispers about customers began in the back. It was difficult to understand who exactly was being talked about, but you could at least wait for the client to come out.
