This is my favourite place in yerevan tbh, the waiters are literally angels, very helpful and very kind people, The food is soooo good specially the croissant with eggs yummmyyy, The coffee and the hot chocolate are amazing!!! I would rate this place an 11/10 because ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ its just pure love!!

We sat down at a table for five, when another person came, the waiters said it would be inconvenient for them to carry food like that and said they would come up with something. Although there was a place to pass on the other side. As a result, we all moved on our own, they looked at us askance and did nothing, they didn't even bring the menu to the new person. Then, when I clarified it myself, they said that everything was OK, so we moved on.

Good afternoon! I am very disappointed with your cuisine and the subsequent lack of customer orientation. I've been to your place in Yerevan Mall. Not only was I served a chicken roll all raw inside (literally raw, the chicken was inside as if it had been brought to me from a showcase) so after I called the waiter and showed her, she started to justify to me, saying, "this is how it's prepared, etc.", I insisted that they take it and show it to the chef, after which they just came out and told me, "Oh, you're right, you can just not pay for this dish," and after that I just They escorted me out of the restaurant. No apologies, no persistent solutions to this terrible situation. Just "don't pay and leave"! Everyone makes mistakes, I understand that, so the main thing is how to fix this error. Knowing the field of the restaurant business and how staff mistakes need to be corrected, I draw my conclusions and my steps. I have been your regular customer and charmingly because of your attitude towards clients, I will not advise you and even rather I will dissuade you from visiting your institution. Very cozy and delicious! I recommend you to visit. I was at the Paul in the shopping center and at this address and I remain very satisfied every time. I really wanted to get to this place, but it did not meet any expectations!
+ I was quickly planted on the veranda
+ excellent location of the cafe
+ delicious dessert and iced tea
That's where the advantages ended
- the order was asked again 10 minutes after it was taken
- we waited more than 40 minutes for the Viennese toast, while the same dish was brought 15 minutes earlier to the next table, which made the order later
- I ordered lemon tart with meringue precisely because of the meringue I wanted it, they brought an ordinary tartlet with lemon, the waiter apologized and went to look for the one that I ordered, but came with the words "honestly looked through, there is no meringue", a couple of minutes later the same meringue tart turned out to be at the next table
- coffee was requested with cinnamon, caramel cappuccino was brought
- we waited for the bill for 15 minutes, because the terminal was not working
Conclusion:it is very beautiful and would probably be delicious
But the staff ruined all the impressions about this place!

I was in this place for the first time today, the waiter came quickly and brought the menu, when asked to bring the menu in Russian, he said that it was inside (I did not understand why it was impossible to bring it from there)
Then no one came up to us for 10 minutes, I caught the waiters with my eyes while they were chatting sweetly among themselves, not paying attention to the visitors. In the end, we just got up and left. The interior, of course, is not bad, but the attitude is unacceptable, I hope this will be corrected.
