Excellent apartment with everything you need for living. We arrived and washed our clothes right away. The location is top-of-the-line with a view of the central Christmas tree. There are shops nearby and everything interesting can be quickly reached. Thank you. 😍😍

We stayed in this apartment in November 2023. We liked everything very much. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has everything you need to relax. The apartment is conveniently located in the very center of the city, near shops, cafes. In 10 minutes we slowly reached the Bobruisk Fortress - a very interesting sight.
There is always a place in the courtyard of the house where you can conveniently and safely park your car.
It was strange for me to read bad reviews here, which were left by people who paid not a lot of money and wanted to get a royal suite for it.

The apartment clearly requires renovation and better cleaning. There were dead flies and a huge beetle lying on the windowsills, a lot of dust, the floors were also dirty (I had to wash them by hand, since I was with a child, the water was black after washing), I also wiped the dust myself. A particular disappointment is the bed, which was so depressed in the middle that my husband and I rolled into the center, the wallpaper on the sides of the bed is all scratched. The sheet is not fixed in any way, it constantly slides off, exposing a dirty mattress stained with either blood or I don't even know what. The shower stall (it also had to be washed) has no doors, they were just removed, the plumbing is not very clean. The sofa was stained with some kind of stains, it was not very pleasant to put a child to sleep there. In general, there is a feeling of dirt, dust and some kind of stickiness everywhere from the apartment. The price for such conditions is clearly too high.
The location is very good, the very center of the city.
