Average. Trains rarely run, for some reason buses are sent from here, although there is a bus station nearby. The toilet is paid and dirty. In Omsk, there is a free toilet at the railway station, but it is much cleaner.
Nice train station, clean, everything is nearby, bus, tram. Polite employees, electronic scoreboard, places to wait for e-mail.queues. there are cafes, rest rooms.
As a guest of the city, I was shocked
Dirty
The public toilet has generally finished off the opinion about the station
Requires repair
The staff is friendly, they explained everything correctly and the staff is satisfied
A very beautiful, convenient and large train station

In general, everything is disorganized, until the taxi driver arrives, the taxi driver stands for 40 minutes, there are problems with access roads in general. Probably Pavlodar is the only city where it is a problem to leave 🤦🏻♂️
For ten years, if not more, I have been buying tickets through the KTZ website, but occasionally at the station I notice queues at the ticket office (most often in one working one), while commercial ticket offices are always free - the difference in ticket price is around three hundred tenge. It's cold in winter, comfortable and cool in summer.
In the help window, when asked when train No. 143 would arrive, they did not say that it was No. 144, but upon arriving at the station, he changed the number to 143. And after the announcement of the arrival of the 144 train, I did not know that this was my train until I asked again in the information desk. It turns out that if you don't ask, then you will stay at the train station.
There is no phone charging socket in the waiting room on the second floor. I found one rubber band, it's not working.
That's why I'm betting a quarter.
A separate fiery greeting to the dispatchers of this station :)
You guys are smart
I wish you happiness & well-being in the family!
Thanks to the authorities of this city for the favorable atmosphere in the city!
Well, when they can arrange a separate passage for those who enter and exit, one door!

Convenient location (the terminus of many bus and tram routes from all over the city). A large number of cash desks and the actual absence of a long queue, polite attentive cashiers. Attentive and helpful staff at the help desk on the 2nd floor. Cleanliness and order.
Unfortunately, the staff is not very friendly. Sometimes you meet such a contingent of people that it becomes scary to be there. And police officers look at visitors as enemies. Cashiers can close the window in front of you (not all of them, but still). The toilet is antediluvian, and the price is modern))) There's not even any paper in it, that's for the record. It is given out piece by piece, with one at a time.
The staircase was removed from the main entrance of the second floor. I got off the train and into the city! And now I've lost my face. There is no past feeling of a train station! I went out on Peron, and the whole world is in front of you!

The only city in the world where they take money in the toilet from transit passengers with tickets. There are no outlets, the scoreboard does not work, the security is defiant, the bosses are cowardly running away from questions. A completely stupid answer was received to the complaint to the prosecutor's office of the capital that it is necessary to have an electronic signature when applying. Yeah! For a citizen of the Russian Federation, such a stupid answer is just right. As the corruption of the Agashek flourished, so it will not be exterminated from you. We will try not to drive through the KZ anymore. It sucks.
It's a shame for me for as many years as I remember, nothing has changed , but it was clean , but as it was gray , there were few colors left , I would like to add another one .I would make the check-out paid, paint the markings, change the stops to bright ones, add pedestrian barriers, plant perennial flowers, in other words, make a reconstruction

I was often at the Pavlodar station, a beautiful station, of course I left and came back, but the coronavirus changed everything.
Long queues at the checkout. Sitting in line for three hours is something. It's cold on the ground floor. A pigeon flies in periodically. Another funny thing is that the inspection area is only from the main entrance, when the entrance from the side is completely free.

It is very cold in winter. There is no elevator to the second floor. There is no cafe.
Ticket sales . The cash registers work disgustingly , although it is not the fault of the cashiers . There is one cash register with a long queue . They are forced to buy at a commercial ticket office , where tickets are more expensive and the queue is shorter .
I liked that there is a wifi on the second floor. But there is no information about this. The hall on the second floor is dark. Do they save electricity??I couldn't find an outlet to charge my phone. And in the buffet they do it for money.
