This is our swamp in the basement of Kataev 15. We call an emergency almost every week. Sewer wells are supported. And it's been going on for almost a year now. Wells probably need to be cleaned . They are silted up. I have been living in this house since 1974. They were cleaned only 1 time. Why is this happening I would like to get an answer to this problem. We have been waiting for an emergency for more than one day.
What is the reason? Who is able to resolve this situation.
