I do not recommend using it to anyone.
I received a payment from the customer of 95.72 euros, which I converted into 102.40 USD for withdrawal to my Kazakhstani card in tenge (although it probably could have been credited directly in euros). But it turned out that when trying to transfer to a card, the system requires a fee of $ 15 if the amount is less than 750.
Therefore, I decided to order a PAYONEER card for myself - virtual and physical, thinking that they would be free - in fact, everything was advertised in the system, there were no instructions about registration fees anywhere.
The next day, I saw that the system had deducted 29.95 from my balance allegedly for "annual account maintenance", although again, I did not receive any prior notification of such fees, much less the amount.
Again, I did not receive the card, because the system issued that my document (Russian passport) did not match with the host country (Kazakhstan). Last year, due to sanctions, they blocked my initial account with a Russian number,
i.e. they did not even issue the card - they demanded additional documents (according to their logic, I should have had a Kazakh passport or ID somewhere), but the amount was still written off.
After all this, out of $104.50, only 57.45USD remained on the balance.
I want to delete this account altogether now and never use this platform. And I certainly won't recommend this service to anyone now.
Last year, there were problems with PayPal due to the fact that they withheld the amount of money, but at least they gave it out in full later, and they collected 5 dollars against 15 from this company.
I explained all this to the Support Service and sent two requests. Both are marked as "resolved" and there is no feedback. I wrote a comment in their official Facebook group - I also ignore it.
They have a mess on Twitter at all: The @Payoneer_Help account is blocked, and you cannot write to the official account without a paid account on Twitter itself. But an account posing as a Payoneer support service writes in a personal account. @get_payoneer - also apparently wants to cheat, or maybe in a share with them.
The tricky part is that I can't log into the Payoneer Community Forum from my account and leave comments there. Apparently they don't want to receive negative feedback.
There is no trust in this company.
