Payop refused to withdraw money after six months of cooperation
There was about $10,000 on the balance sheet
PayOp sent a letter that their acquirer rejected the projects and demands a refund of 1.5 million rubles (see screenshot). Although all moneybacks and chargebacks were handled without problems. (Before that, they worked for about six months and withdrew money)
At the moment, the balance has been driven to -600k rubles.
Also, since the end of November, we have been receiving complaints about repeated unauthorized transactions by payop from customers who previously purchased our services using the payop payment method.
In the ticket system, we asked PayOp questions, asking to clarify the situation and figure it out, and transmitted the transaction numbers received from customers with a problem.
In response, we were informed that they would carefully study this situation and there has been no answer for 2 weeks.
And today we are informed that for some unknown reason, one of their acquirers refused to pay us specifically and gave them lists of chargebacks, according to which we already have to pay the amount of 1.5 million rubles from our internal balance to payop.
