While the PC was already running, the monitor began to show an image or a black screen and this was done constantly every couple of seconds.I found out that it wasn't about the monitor and started looking for services on the Internet and ran into here, where they go to the house themselves. They promised diagnostics within 1-2 days by taking the entire system kit on Saturday evening. Only the following Saturday I got an answer about what was wrong with him, they said that the video on the hdmi jack was short and the memory bank burned + something else. They replaced the damaged parts and said that they had to change the Windows because the graphics test program on my Windows 10 did not work. As if I had nothing against it, BUT after I saw that I had a clean formatted ssd where there was a Windows and a hard drive with almost 700GB of data. They brought it back, paid 155p for repairs and as if Monique was flashing with the image, but now everything is shown normally for this, at least I was happy with the elimination of the problem. However, I did not know any information for a week and doubted whether the system operator would be returned or given to the scammers, since there was no callback of discussions. After I saw that vidyukha was warming up 15-20 degrees more than usual. I plucked up the courage to disassemble the radiator to look at the thermowell, it was almost not there. When disassembling the factory layer for repair, it was damaged and no replacement was applied, the whole thing is covered in dust inside and pellets everywhere. In addition, after removing the vidyukha from the motherboard, I saw that the bios battery was missing (it was covered with a vidyukha and did not immediately notice). I called talking about the loss, they said we would bring it TOMORROW and just ignored it. After I found out that there was not something special for mothers only, but CR2032 and did not get too upset by buying a new one. However, it's a shame for all this, I paid the money, and as a result there is no battery in the motherboard, the vidyukha was warming up because of the almost absent paste. Also, everything that was on the disks was gone at 0 and they didn't even call asking about it or warning that it was necessary. I am only glad that the image is normal and that I figured out how to disassemble the 1660s for applying paste myself. I replaced the network adapter, the monitor's power supply and the new cable were no longer purchased for hdmi. I hope at least the repair itself will live a long time.

It's terrible, don't contact me here, not when. And who gave away their computer. I'm sorry for you. And I advise you to contact the police immediately. You won't get your computer back any other way.
