No money, no computer. If you do not want to part with money just like that, do not contact this service center!
I gave my laptop for repair, after diagnosis, a problem with the video card was revealed. They offered to restore the old one, they said that the probability of restoring it was 95%, the cost was 15000 tenge. Of course I agreed, with such a probability!
A week later, the call came, everything worked out, the laptop is working. I took it away, turned on the laptop at home, it worked for less than 5 minutes, I didn't even have time to open the browser, and that's it.
I'm going back to this service center. I'm saying it didn't work. They refused to return the money.
When they say that they will fix it with a 95% recovery probability, you do not expect that after that the computer will work for LESS than 5 MINUTES!
Bottom line: no money, no computer.
