Welcome drink from the manager.
The location of the hotel is excellent, I call this neighborhood the "hotel mahalla", close to Taksim metro station, to the square itself and to Istiklal Street. Within walking distance from the Havaist bus stop, which runs towards Istanbul airport.
The rest was ruined on the second day of our stay at the hotel. They went for a walk, returned and found that the money that was in the backpack in a closed suitcase was missing 50 dollars and 50 Belarusian rubles (15 dollars). The absurdity of the situation is that they also took Belarusian rubles (they won't accept them anywhere in Turkey, just throw them away). According to the classics, no one knows anything at the reception and did not want to solve the issue, and the manager was not in place at all, but after threatening with a negative review, it turned out that the manager was still in place. We talked with the manager, promised to resolve the issue, but nothing has been clarified, they throw up their hands at the reception and say you weren't there, we came. This is not the first time in Turkey, but it is the first time we have encountered this. In general, it's a dubious place, I don't recommend it. There are many hotels around for the same amount of money, so choose others, but not this one.
Excellent location of the hotel, three to four minutes from the havabus havaist bus stop. The room is small, but it is suitable for an overnight stay, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is functioning. There was no kettle, they brought it after the appeal.
A great hotel for your money. Clean, cleaning every day, wonderful staff. The breakfast is really weak, but at a price of less than 3,000 rubles per night for two, everything is more than good).
On the plus side, it's the helpful staff and a very convenient location, 5 minutes to Taksim Square, but the room itself looked depressing. 🥲 Of the 4 lamps, only one was working at the time of arrival, there was also a problem with sockets - one working in a room for 3 people. It was as if they had forgotten to clean the room after the previous guests, all the surfaces were sticky, with traces of cups. The linen is fresh, but the towels are.. in black spots, with holes, I went to show the photo to the administrator, he was embarrassed and said that they would replace it now. The light bulbs were changed the next day. We chose the room based on the expectation that we would spend a minimum of time there, but some basic norms still need to be observed, especially given the huge competition. Turkish-style breakfast, quite a large selection of snacks, each of which contains eggplant) I'm not a fan of cold snacks for breakfast, so I settled for a biscuit - it was wonderful. In general, the impression is twofold.
The hotel is terrible! Of the two nights booked, only one stayed overnight. We moved to another place. In the dining room, the table and floor are sticky. Breakfast is terrible - in fact, you can only eat boiled eggs and tomatoes. They didn't eat cheese or sordels. There was no bread at all. The room is dirty. The bed is small even in length (less than 2 meters). It is impossible to enter the sanblock directly - you need to squeeze sideways. Incredibly, there is a dog living in the entrance hall.
