The location in the most picturesque place: The Marina captivated with its tranquility and elite style. It takes 30 minutes by taxi from the airport, 20 minutes to the metro station, and the same amount to the beach, but there is a shuttle service from the hotel twice a day and back as well. There are shops and an exchange office near the hotel.
The rooms are spacious and clean (cleaning every day), depending on the request - with children or a private pastime. Everything is in working order, and if you have any questions, the hotel service will fix them.
Buffet meals in the restaurant are a real godsend for an adequate price.Maximum freshness, variety and pleasure
Entertainment options: swimming pool, gym, popular turnkey excursions for an additional fee
The price for apartment-type rooms is just a song, I recommend it

Good location of the hotel and the cost. The staff is friendly and sociable. The breakfasts are monotonous without a hint of variety. The cleaning in the rooms is good, the condition of the room leaves much to be desired, everything is old, the TV could not be turned on (the buttons are worn to holes). Unreadable labels on gels and shampoos. Slamming doors. The air conditioner is very loud and there is no noise insulation from the street through the windows. It's like you're sleeping on the roadway and everyone is honking at you. I wanted to mention the people who give this hotel fives and write laudatory reviews, that it was because of such dense people that I got here. Because of you, this hotel will not see repairs and normal breakfast food for a long time. I stayed at the hotel for two days, which saved me.

We had a rest April-May.. I really liked the hotel. There is a tourist tax, which is paid once 30 dirhams upon arrival at the room. The apartment is a huge room! There is everything! Stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, lots of dishes, cutlery, plates, cups, ladles)) electric kettle. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, scales, safe. Every day they bring 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee bags, and sugar. And in the bathroom there is a cap, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and some kind of cream)) The room is cleaned every day! There is a gym. There is a pool, it is small, and they give a towel to the pool a little less for children. We had a buffet breakfast- delicious! The location is great, there is a bus service to the beach 2 times a day. We walked slowly for about 15 minutes. The hotel has 2 exits on different sides.. one of the exits to the embankment. There are a lot of cafes there. There is a place to walk and where to eat. You can walk along the embankment to the Marina Mall shopping center. There is another exit to the street, there are many shops of all kinds and you can walk to the metro station DMCC in 15 minutes. We really liked the hotel.

Excellent apartment for a relatively small price. Very tasty food. Near the beach. Located right on the canal, you can sit right next to the hotel and enjoy the movement of the yachts. Great hotel. The sea is a 15-minute walk across the bridge over a beautiful bay. The rooms are spacious and there is a kitchen. Breakfasts and dinners are without chic, but you can always choose to eat (the assortment varies). Great walks along the waterfront in the evening. The pool is normal, not overloaded (if you go to the beach during the day). There is always someone at the reception who speaks Russian.

Nice hotel. Not the newest, but a decent option for its price. Excellent location: 15 minutes walk to the beach, -20 minutes to the metro. There is an excellent Uzbek cuisine cafe in the next building. We lived in a room with a kitchen and a living room of 60 sq.m. 2 bathrooms. The pool is small, but during the heat, when the sea is hotter, it was preferred. If it's a small gym. The room is cleaned every day. Water is given out every day for 0.5 liters per person. The staff is polite and friendly.

Nice hotel. Beautiful view of the Marina from the balcony of room (406). The night view is even more beautiful. We booked with breakfast. There is a small swimming pool and sun beds with umbrellas, a hammam, a sauna, and a small gym. The bed is cotton, there is a place for cooking, dishes, a toaster, a microwave, a refrigerator (everything is a little tired), but the most important thing is that the room is clean! The hotel staff are polite and try to help in everything.

My favorite hotel! Great value-for-money apartments, great location, and indescribable beauty! The service, staff, cleanliness everywhere, pleasant aromas, magical breakfasts and dinners overlooking the Marina Canal are the best meals :) Traditionally, we have been vacationing here for several years in a row and we will definitely come back!

Convenient location, beautiful view of the canal. The nearest metro station is 20 minutes on foot, and JBR beach is 20-25 minutes away. Nearby is an inexpensive and large Vivo supermarket. The hotel itself is more than 3*, the rooms are tired. Breakfasts and dinners are pretty monotonous, but you can eat.

A great hotel, we had a rest for 6 days with a child of 5 years old.
We liked the spacious rooms, we had a studio - one bedroom, kitchen and living room, the whole room is 70 meters. The windows overlooked partly the embankment, partly the road, but in general it was not noisy.
The hotel is located next to 2 huge shops, and there is also a currency exchange in 5 minutes.
In the evening we went out for a walk on the embankment, next to the hotel it is very quiet there.
It takes 35-40 minutes by taxi from the airport.
That's why I liked the location. Although it's a good 15-20 minutes walk to the beach, and over the bridge. You can use the transfer from the hotel, but it's at 10.30, which was a little late for us, so we went by ourselves.
We took breakfast, in general it was not bad - everything was basic (Muesli, fruits, vegetables, eggs, pastries, etc.).
The hotel has a nice pool, although small.
There is a fitness center, also small, but there was enough of everything.
There is parking for cars on the 1st floor.

It's more or less normal for three-year-olds. Not fancy, of course. It's a long way to the sea and it's not convenient to cross the bridge. Breakfasts are more or less normal. The rooms are a little tired. It's a long way to the metro, about 15 minutes on foot. Dubai Mall is a 20-minute walk away. The hotel staff are only Hindus.

We rested at this hotel in May 2024, the excellent location of the hotel - the Windows overlooked the Marina, a beautiful view! We took half board, the choice of dishes is sufficient for level 3*, once we changed dinner for lunch - a complex lunch - you need to choose one of the proposed complexes - very tasty (we chose complexes with lamb and fish). The staff is attentive and friendly. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach across the bridge, which is located to the right of the hotel at the main exit from it. The rest was wonderful! For budget and convenient accommodation, we recommend this hotel!

Great hotel. Very cool location and great view from the room. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. A huge room with a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony. There is a small swimming pool, sauna) the breakfasts are ordinary, not very diverse. JBR beach is a 15-minute walk away, there is a round-trip transfer twice a day. There is a good cafe right next to the hotel. The cleaning is excellent, even the dishes were washed) for the price it turned out to be very budget for such a location and such a room size. We will be happy to come back again!

We stayed together for 9 nights in early April 2025.The price and quality of the hotel match. No high expectations were expected from the hotel. In my opinion, a good three. The kitchen furniture in our studio room was already dilapidated, but the bed, mattress and linens were of a good standard. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware. The bathroom is normal. Cleaning is done every day. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel. The first line facing the waterfront gives you the opportunity to enjoy spectacular views of Dubai Marina if you book a room on the 6.7 floor with a balcony. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is like in a 3-star hotel, no frills, but you won't leave hungry. DMCC metro station is a 15-18 minute walk away, and JBR beach is also a short walk away, but we didn't like it because of its great popularity among the population and tourists. It is very tight if you do not take deck chairs, the price of 2 deck chairs with an umbrella is about 200 dirhams per day, with the possibility of using a shower. If you don't want to go to the beach, then the hotel has a pool with sun loungers with an unobstructed view of the Dubai Marina. The hotel provides free underground parking. It was very suitable for us since we rented a car. The rooms were quiet inside, and the noise from the embankment was minimal by 23:00, even allowing you to keep the door open if necessary. The air conditioner was working fine. On the balcony, swimsuits could be placed on drying chairs. There were no dryers on the balconies, but the chairs were fine with us. It was our first vacation in Dubai, and we really enjoyed the hotel.

Very spacious apartment with a view of the Marina and the pool. The room was quiet and clean. The furniture was new, the room was fresh, not tired.
Two exits to a private balcony, with a living room and a bedroom.
A large bed, a comfortable mattress and good pillows.
Of the disadvantages, the air conditioner was very cold, it was more comfortable without it. The temperature was not set.
Cold floor and lack of slippers.
Everything else was fine.
The location is very convenient, in the very center.
For the price we booked, it's not better to find.

The staff on the 4th floor of the room was cleaned in a timely and high-quality manner, the manager Adid tries to take into account all the wishes of customers, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, provides all possible assistance. There are grocery stores near the hotel, everything you need can be purchased in them. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. It is possible to take towels to the beach from the hotel, by the pool. In the evening, you can walk along the canal, have dinner in restaurants, of which there are many, including with Russian-speaking staff. I liked the rest very much. Even with a standard check-out at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, the staff did everything possible so that we comfortably waited for the time of departure to the airport, temporarily placed on the hotel grounds, called a taxi, helped with luggage.

A great hotel for Dubai. Nearby is JBR beach and an island with a Ferris wheel. Good breakfasts and dinners, drinks separately. Although baking and sweets are at a minimum . The metro is 15-20 minutes on foot. Viva supermarket is 5 minutes away. A washing machine with a dryer!!!!
The pool is small.

We have been going to Dubai for many years and for the second time in this hotel. All positive reviews are consistent. Wonderful staff who are sincerely ready to help the guest in all matters. Of course it's Adil, Rajesh and Mis Gold. We took half board this time and liked everything. For dinner, beef, lamb, chicken,
shrimp, pasta. We got into Ramadan, maybe that's why there is such a big choice.

The hotel surprised with a huge apartment of 60 sq. m with two bathrooms and a beautiful view from the room to the Dubai Marina canal. Responsive staff, tried to speak to us in Russian, who could. The room is clean, the plumbing is in excellent condition, a chic double bed with high-quality linen. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is even a toaster. The hotel is wonderful! The location is very good. Proximity to the metro (20 minutes), it will take the same time to get to the beach. If the view from the hotel is on the canal, then you will get a stunning balcony where you will want to spend all evenings. Friendly and smiling staff, a lovely restaurant overlooking the waterfront. The breakfasts are good, everything you need is on the menu. Bath accessories (shampoo, shower gel, soap) and bottled water are added every day along with room cleaning. I recommend the hotel.

Convenient location, 15 minutes leisurely walk to Jumeirah Beach. A view of the canal, a promenade under the windows, a great place for morning jogging. They didn't take breakfast. Nearby there are several supermarkets with everything you need. DMCC Metro Station is 1 km away, Marina Mall Shopping Center is 1.5 km along the promenade. There are no complaints about the work of the staff. We had a good time.

Stunning apartment with incredible views!!! Excellent cleaning! And how delicious it smells in the whole hotel ..A very stunning swimming pool, which is open until 23.00. And there is Parking for a car. My husband and I were completely delighted, especially the view of Dubai at night from both the room and the pool is simply fascinating 😍
