Sending from Russia is not a problem, they work for 5+, but in Kazakhstan, more precisely, the city of Almaty, faced such a problem: picking up cargo from the address, called twice to Russia to coordinate the fence from the address. They called back only for the third time and then! I went to the PEC myself at 3 Kazybayeva Street, Almaty. I ordered a car, they said they would contact me in the afternoon.
Bottom line: no one called, the next day, the driver called, thank God! Respect to the driver. Everything has been uploaded. I'll bet four ⭐, but with a lot of tension. Please make a direct number from Almaty, not via Moscow.
I recommend it to everyone. I often send parcels to my children in Moscow. The staff is polite, and the transportation rates are loyal. Everything arrives without any problems, quickly.

And here you should know how terrible this transport company is. The boxes that were paid for as "fragile cargo" were brought in this condition (see photo). And maybe he would have been lying there longer if I hadn't called the Almaty branch and the head office every other day for the second week of his lying there (operators respond to Telegram like a neural network, it's useless to find out something there).

We transported Almaty - Moscow, the norms are not quite right, the delivery time turned out to be higher than 17 days instead of 10-14 days, 1 table was broken, they did not reimburse, although they paid for insurance, The cost turned out to be more than they thought on the site, it turned out the same as private traders offered to transport 1 gazelle and only our cargo would be brought there and here. They were transported in April at that time, the price was about 600 thousand tenge. There was a plus - payment after delivery, but it turned out that the cards were not accepted for payment and therefore urgently sought money for transfer on the day of delivery. The rest is normal.

The movers there don't even care what the management says. The cargo was fragile, and the packaging had all fallen apart.

The response of the operators is: the packaging material has run out. 1. Is it really impossible to buy it in the city in 2 weeks? 2. Why is it not immediately warned about this? They wouldn't have sent it. 3. There are things in the cargo that cannot be in transit for a month. Who will compensate for their damage?
The cargo was accepted on 06/04/24 and was supposed to arrive on 06/14/24. After two weeks (today 06/19.24), the cargo is still not even on the way. Tech support ignores, after repeated calls, an absolutely useless response was sent to the mail. there are no proposals to resolve the issue. The cargo was paid immediately. There is no information about the actual delivery time. If there is an alternative way to send the cargo, I strongly do not recommend contacting the PEC

I was going to write a review for a long time. In 2 words, when moving from the KZ to the Russian Federation, I sent 2.3 tons, paid a lot of money and insurance. As a result , part of the cargo was lost , a wooden box was punched with a forklift truck where there was an expensive tool and, ironically, a jar with unopened paint in which there was a penetration . Naturally, the contents were destroyed. All my claims and letters did not give a result, they were beautifully unsubscribed! In my case, cheap turned out to be very expensive. We accepted the parcel on July 10, promised to deliver the goods in 10-14 days. Today, on July 26th, we can't get information about where our cargo is actually located anywhere. The support service is just zero!!! They don't answer the phone, and if they do, they don't say they don't know where he is! We can't get a clear answer anywhere, but yesterday we were told that they allegedly didn't have enough wrapping paper. How is that? It's the 21st century - is it really difficult to clarify with the sender or recipient whether it is convenient for him to wait so long or not. It has been more than 2 weeks, and the cargo has still not been shipped, according to them. It's just a disgusting delivery service!

Of the advantages, the price is adequate, there are movers who will unload everything themselves, there are boxes, bags, also poured with wood if necessary, they work both in cash and by bank transfer.
Of the minuses, cargo tracking does not work correctly, you cannot get through, there is a virtual assistant, but there is zero benefit from it
what's happening? The cargo was shipped on 04/01/24, today it has not been shipped yet on 04/13.24. Why? why do you take on something that you can't fulfill, why didn't you tell the sender that you were having difficulties?
Problems at all stages of maintenance. The cost of sending was calculated only after my 3 calls to the company. On the day of picking up the cargo, no one contacted me, she called me herself. As a result, the amount to be paid was set in the wrong currency, so I had to figure it out. They do not work on weekends, only from 9-6 on weekdays, so it becomes physically impossible to take the cargo. I made the payment by card, as a result, the courier came for cash👍

PECK, in my opinion, has deteriorated in recent years. We sent two packages and there were a lot of questions and long discussions with technical support on both of them. Now the processes can be described as: the idea is good, the implementation is lame. About a specific office in Almaty. It's time to expand and automate logistics processes. There are few places for parking and loading cars, you either have to put them further from the warehouse, or block the passage, both options are annoying. Supposedly they will look in the warehouse. We call them back ourselves, they say that there is no warehouse, she was lost in some of the border towns! It's just terrible, there are 200 thousand goods there! If the issue is not resolved, I will go to court.
