Before and during the pandemic, they could not send a parcel-cargo to Russia while in Baku. This is a branch of the well-known transport and logistics company PEC (the First Forwarding Company). Now it is possible, since this is the first company in Azerbaijan that deals with combined cargo - reception, consolidation, warehousing and transportation to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Uzbekistan from Azerbaijan. I recommend it, it has become very convenient.
