I delivered the cargo in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Couriers couldn't arrive for 2 weeks! They postponed the deadline for 2 weeks! We arrived on February 12, and after the fence I quietly flew to Belarus. But the cargo did not move for a week, the second week passed and began contacting the Almaty office. Answer: "you had to fill out an inventory, we couldn't contact you." At the same time, it was said before the registration of transportation that nothing needs to be described – the specialists will do everything themselves when weighing and evaluating. ok. I'm asking if I can make an inventory electronically? They answer that it is possible, but they call back and say that they have clarified and said that the inventory is not needed. The track changed its status to issued only 2 weeks later, on March 4, cargo movement began. The promised deadline is March 18. On March 22, I couldn't stand it and called the Pec again. The cargo is in Moscow and she cannot send it further because there is not enough inventory, the cargo will be sent for inspection, the deadlines were not given. It's been 2 months since I called PECK and asked them for transportation.
As for the employees of the Brest point: They do not admit guilt, they do not apologize, they try to shift all responsibility to the client during a conversation or to some other people, they try to justify themselves, they constantly do favors, they try to shame. In a word, children. I will never wish anyone to get involved with these children.
Today is March 25th and I do not know when I will see my things, none of them could tell me that.
An application to the court, consumer supervision, I hope, will cool their courage.
Update 11.04.24:
The cargo is still in stock, because the managers were unable to convert the amount from tenge to white rubles, calculate the discount and issue an invoice. Just today I received a letter from the Moscow office that they approved a discount for the delay, attention - 35 bel rubles!!!
Update 2: Online payment didn't work all day!
There are no questions specifically about the Brest branch.
The company itself is very poorly performing. My cargo arrived from China to Moscow in about a week, and I drove from Moscow to Brest for a month (although I should go 2-3 days at most). At first he was lost in a warehouse, then loaded on the wrong car and he left for Kamyshin (Saratov region), then in Kamyshin they tried to find him again for a long time, returned to Moscow and finally he arrived in Brest.
Delivery is expensive (23 kg - almost 200 rubles). For this situation, the cost was reduced by about 10%. I think this is not enough. You can bring a minibus 3 times cheaper. I think the prices are unreasonably high.
I don't recommend it

Many thanks to the head of this branch. A little background story. Furmanov – Pinsk delivery has been ordered. The cargo is received in Ivanovo, Russia, it goes to Moscow and freezes there in a warehouse. The delivery dates change every day. Calls to the hotline to no avail. The cargo is important by a certain date. The operators can't say anything intelligible. In fact, out of desperation, I wrote to the post office of the Brest branch of the PEC, Elena replied, and provided full assistance. It turned out that Ivanovo had not attached an invoice for the cargo and therefore it could not be sent further. As a result, thanks to Elena's leadership and assistance, everything was resolved in two hours, the invoices were received, the cargo is moving on. This is the case when one person is worth more than the entire call center of the company and one helps to preserve the reputation of the company! Thank You Very Much!!
