I answer: wait 15-20 minutes, I'll go out and drive my car away and there will be a parking space for you, neatly opposite the entrance. 20 minutes have passed, I drive the car away, call the movers back, and they left!
He was a frequent customer of the PECK company, kind, responsive girls, the guys on the issue are also cool. But today I was disappointed by the head of the local point. I asked for a discount because the price for delivery was too high, the director rudely refused. There is a lack of loyalty to the customer base on the part of management. Now I will not cooperate with this company, I do not recommend it for their attitude towards customers and others. That's such a bad review from me. And to the staff of this point, many thanks and respect, good luck to you guys.
A good branch, repeatedly used the services, usually no queue, quickly accept the cargo, delivered everything on time and in normal condition. The prices are quite low.
1. The order from the site does not work at all - we wanted to arrange transportation with cargo pickup at the address the next day. As a result, we had to go ourselves, because no one called, and the freight forwarder did not come for the cargo.
2. The estimate of the cost of delivery on the website differs 2 times from reality: I made an application for 12K, sent from the warehouse for 22K. Of course, I understand that you write "estimated cost", but with such a difference, this is not a guideline at all.
3. It is impossible to get through to the office, and to get through in messengers too.
I hope that at least the cargo transportation itself will be normal - the guys clearly do not have enough service.
Usually there were no problems, the goods were always delivered intact, but recently the cargo arrived, everything inside was damaged. Orders for delivery are not processed, I waited a day for a call back, I was not waiting, I went myself.
I sent my own cargo to Russia, there were many questions))) but everyone helped, there was no queue at all, the cargo was helped, packed.

The branch's terrible job. They force you to sign the act of acceptance before the delivery (APP) before the actual receipt of the goods. I.e., sign the ACT of receipt on the second floor, and then go to the first floor for the "cargo" and already take it in the form in which it was delivered (if delivered!). The manager said that you can inspect the goods (but not accept them), and then go up again to sign. What is this collective farm from the 90s? The organization does not know how to transfer the goods correctly?!

Two parcels arrived from Moscow in 8 days each, earlier than stated. Everything arrived in one piece, including the monitor and the system unit with glass inserts. The parcel also arrived from Astana to Moscow on time
The only thing I didn't like was the check-in.
The managers are quick and polite.
The warehouse workers also carefully brought the cargo directly to the trunk.
I cannot respond positively, because the information desk is always different people and different answers on the status of the cargo. It feels like the CRM service is completely absent, they cannot explain all the details of the order, there are unclear situations with the promised result. They see all the same information that I can see on the site myself. A package of 78 kg - for 6800 rubles delivery, not as it cannot come to the recipient's city. I came to the regional center at the terminal and got stuck there.
